Before I make any real comments I would like to ask what your plans are?

You have some units mechanised and other not. May I as what you intend to do with this list?

I intend to use the non mech units as a fire base and bring the mech units up one flank.

Makes sense to me.

However I myself do not like the Oblits if you intend to keep the shooting part of your army static. I'd get a squad of Havoks with missile launchers. 4 high strength weapons, plus frags in case you end up fighting a vehicleless horde army.

I am also concered about the predator. I pesonally don't like the set up. I usually go for either Tri-Las or AC/HB, and Tri-Las is very expensive. Take it if you really need that TL-Las shot but I'd recomend you go with a pure AC/HB. I would also give your Attack Squads Melta's so you can shoot with pistols and assault. Plus they are cheaper and can compensate for the loss of the TL-Las on the predator should you choose to forgo it.
