You have to love the smell of science in the morning. It smells of learning.... or perhaps a gas leak.

Based on my skim of the BL page, it appears to be a collection of existing materials from 3 other sources. So it does not appear to be anything new, but might be convenient for it's collected nature.

Far cheaper than trying to collect the other three sources individually.

Touché. A good value if you don't already have them. :)

Few people do, I believe. Mont'ka was one of the better supplements out there yet I've seen few people with it due to the cost. For people to play catch up with their Guard forces this supplement seems surprisingly well costed considering what's come before. The Marine ones are even cheaper.

Yes... cost... certainly a problem for people of upstanding moral fibre. So I'm told.

Yeah, at half the cost of a Codex in CAD, it's a great value. Though I'm not fond of digital products myself, a paper copy is just another $15 worth of ink and paper.

That said, I was quite impressed with the Mont'Ka book. If I wasn't suspecting a new Guard codex in the next 3 months, I probably would have bought it. Which is saying something, for me these days.

I got my enhanced digital copy last night.  It's great to have the new formations all in one source at a decent price.  Now I can post some lists that make use of the new formations.
