Are Flayed Ones actually worth it despite having bad stats.

I was wanting to have an assaulty punch to my army.

1) Farseer Del always loses to me.
2) You should see my beard growing.

4) I'm a sad powergaming son of a be-atch.
5) I'm gifted..... (yeah right)

I'm also the one to managed to build and paint a 2000point Grey Knight Army in 2 days.

They don't have bad stats!!! They are a SM that has 2 attacks, can get back up and can cause people to hit them on a 6! I wouldn't call that bad stats!

I'd say they'd work great as a scare unit. Infiltrate them close to the enemy and watch them stop a whole flank because your opponent is afraid of them. Or you can deep strike them behind enemy lines and your opponent either has to waste his big guns on them, or risk them in CC. They work great in conjunction with Pariahs too.

and if throw in a lord with ROrb too, they'll live forever.
It is quite fun to see how frustrated the Smurf players get when you tie up their assault unit in CC for 6 turns  :-)
