astra militarum regiment organisation 8th edition

As a vet returning after some 20 years I'm trying to fit my existing troops into new rules. I cannot seem to locate an official regiment organisation "chart" for my imperial guard. Is there one or does the points system restrict you automatically? Do I just field 3 baneblades and a command squad for 1500 points? Pointers please

I'm trying to figure out what you are asking about.  Are you looking for the fluff on how regiments are formed, or are you looking for the Force Organization Charts, which are now Detachments?

Detachments can be found on page 243 of the BRB in the section on Battle-Forged Armies.
