Yes it's out. If you get the Taros book you do get all the rules but none of the other funky stuff. If you don't need or desire the funky stuff then, there you go. The main kit is Imperial Navy and Orks while Taros is Imperial Navy and Tau, obviously. If you're looking for a story with the campaign book there basically isn't one but the silly factor is enhanced with missions involving air to air skirmishes in caverns. Why the hell not. There's a campaign book for Ork fun but I don't have that one as didn't care.
