The Red Terror?

I have noticed alot of people talking about adding the red terror to their lists....  am I the only one who cannot find the army list entry for him?  In the old codex, I am well aware of what he was (he ate many death company on my behalf God bless his heart) but I cannot for the life of me find any entry in the new codex.  PLEASE CORRECT ME! I wish to be wrong on this matter, but as it sits I have 2 red terrors that I use as raveners (due to lack of models..)
