Chaos IC's with Mark --> Do they get Icon also?

Do Chaos IC's, Demon Prince for example, with a mark of Chaos (Slaanesh et al) also get the automatic unit icon for summoning? I've heard lots of debate both ways. I'd like to know book/page reference for clear answer.
