Hi, regarding Grand Illusion ability of the ctan shard of the deceiver, it say that units cannot charge after been recolated, but even the deceiver himself cannot charge? The no charge limitation seems only on the units the deceiver relocate.

"these units" in the final line refers inclusively to the units movedk, including the ctan.
