So Ive noticed some discussion on the web about when Deny the Witch happens.

Go to the main rules and look at the steps involved.

Now tell me where Concordance Of Power is used?

Is it prior to Deny the Witch or after.  That will make a big difference on the usability of this power as a DtW could remove a CP

Concordance of Power is used after the psychic test is made but before Deny The Witch is done. A Power is considered to have manifested "successfully" if the Psychic Test was passed, regardless of whether or not the power is then denied. Success is determined during Step 2 of the Psychic Phase. Concordance of Power is used when a Warlock Conclave "successfully manifests" a power. So, you must choose to spend or not spend the CP before your opponent chooses to deny or not deny.

It t'would seem you are correct...and that means OUCH! Luckily most DtW opportunities should be outside of the range to be available.
