Another excellent find. However, I find it strange that the Arbites HQ choices are much better than the officers found in the Imperial Guard.

That makes them as able and strong as Commissars since they were also trained at the schola progenium wouldn't it? Though their judges have way better stats than them.

As these are not made by you or posted here for other than just the "look at what I found"-factor, I will lock them. I won't remove them as ads, but let them stay here.
However, if anyone feels inclined to post their own-made codeci on these subjects feel free to do so here or in the Forge so that they can be improved.
