This is a theory hammer list. You weren't planning to make friends anyway. You might as well go all-out with it.

Fateweaver - 300 [Warlord]
Lord of Change w/ Greater and Lesser Gift - 260

Total: 1850

That's 31 Warp Charge by the way. Lots of summoning, resilience versus alphastrikes, and a fair bit of CC beatstick to play keep-away with. If you really need to, you can null-deploy with most of the army, you reroll reserves/seize the initiative.

The only drawback I see here is the lack of spell selection on individual casters. Lv1 means you've got the primaris and one power and can only cast the one power to boot, making it a bit harder to guarantee you get the psychic powers off where you need them to be.

66 Horrors is insane on several levels, though. Just the 132 Blue Horrors and 132 Brimstone Horrors is bonkers enough. The kind of nonsense possible with Split is unreal.

Of course, you don't actually *need* that many Horrors. I'd personally only take 33 or so and put the rest of the points elsewhere, either in more psychic levels for the Heralds or in other units that can assist without having to rely on Psychic power. Some Screamers would be nice.

Thankfully for the opponent, it's only Blue then Brimstone. At least until I summon a Pink unit. The majority of summons will be Flesh Hounds or stuff like that.

The Heralds can at least roll Malefic, and get one power, summoning, and flickerfire thanks to the FAQ.

I don't actually plan to play this list as much as it being a paper specter over the game.

Ah, read too quickly--I just assumed Pink.

Wait, the FAQ did what? Not sure how I missed that--they *always* have Flickering *and* psychic focus for their other discipline? I always assumed they got Flickering Fire as a free power *instead* of psychic focus for another discipline.

I've been doing this wrong.
