Yeah, you're the only one...
Once upon a time...
EldarOnline had moved to YaBB. There were the people from the old ezBoard, though I was not among them... still, when I joined, the message board was young. There was no Obliterate, Grim Stalker's IG, or Apoka. There was no sidebar, and the Fiction page numbered less than a dozen. It wasn't all bad; people were a bit more courteous back then, or at least there wasn't anyone who really acted up... and the board was faster...
Back in those days, I could count the number of female members on one hand, the number of 'nid players on the other hand, and the number of Spammin' Mon-Keigh on a third hand, if I had one. If you drew a Venn diagram of these minorities, they would not overlap.
But, over time, more people came. The boards slowed slightly, though they are getting faster again. Some... less cultured members came along. The circles on the Venn diagram began to overlap; there became a Tyranid Spammin' Mon-Keigh ('doh!)... or two ('doh!!)... though to this day there has never been a female Spammin' Mon-Keigh, which is fortunate. As for female 'nid players, well, see the first line...
