It appears that the new DE 'dex will have more flavor for building a Harlie army.

I'm a little disappointed that the Hariles haven't been updated if they are just the same. Does that mean that they won't be updated until both Eldar and Dark Eldar have a simultaneous Codex launch so they can always be the same in both books?

I think the DE book will give some pretty cool Harlie count as options. I'm hoping that the Scourges are worth taking; they could be good for Death Jesters.

Mandrake Mime action could also be the go.

It is unlikely that we will see any] updates from GW on the Harlequins until the launch of the next CWE/DE codex (for 6th ed, I would assume). As for their own list or more detailed entries I don't think GW has it in their cards, sadly.

In fact, the new DE codex will eventually provide a way to play Harlies as in Gav's experimental codex.
HQ: Archon (as Greater Harlie)
Elite: Harlies, Mandrakes (as Mimes)
Troops: Wyches, Warriors
FA: Reaver Jetbikes (as Harlie jetbikes), Scourges (as DJs)
HS: Ravagers and whatnot.
