Yeah it would be neat to give it a try :) if it doesn't work out i've recently had loads of success stripping models with Dettol. Was a bit nerve-wracking to begin with but it's actually dead simple :)

That Jetbike council is looking really cool Magenb. I love how bold the blue colour is. It gives the models a bit of a retro feel while being super clean. Nice work man!

Oh, my!
Nice work, Magenb. If their not transfers running up the canopy then your free hand is amazing. Waving the Aussie flag proud with this one, mate... Pointy ears forever!!

no, I cheated with Transfers :)
I might reduce the thickness of the white stripe a bit though.

My war walkers have been doing some heavy lifting in the 5th ed games I've been playing so they are getting some love while I'm waiting for stuff to dry.

You say it's cheating but not once have I managed to get transfers to work right. It's a skill in of itself ;) looking great!

I think you're on the money with reducing the thickness of the central stripe a fraction. Rather than just making it thinner you could try running extra blue lines in slightly from the edge so you end up with a thicker central stripe flanked by two thinner white lines. Sort of like the stripes on the front of this beautiful piece of British engineering ;)

still need to fix the white strip, but have to wait until it cools down a bit, airbrush is in the garage. Still made some progress. Plus re-doing some of my DA's.

Looking good Mage. Very classic style... really love the color scheme. The banners and the central stripe look really cool. Nice job adapting the rider for Shining Spear duty.

so the clowns are coming out to play tomorrow, so bit of a rush to blow off the dust and tidy up.

Thought I'd have a crack at a Harliquin themed base. Here is my first shot at it.

aaaand second crack
