Can Shadow seer Powers to Protect Venom?

 ??? Anyone know if Shadowseer can use his powers to prevent vision of Venom he's on?

I would think so, cause I know that units on a transport can shoot, so who's to say that they can't use psychic powers?

but it still might be accidentally shot
how bout this:

if the to hitl fails, roll another D6. on a roll of 1 to 2, the venom is hit, otherwise it isn't
