Welcome back

. It was never the case that Eldrad was needed to be competitive. That myth came about because of a small group of players whose experience was solely based around a narrow range of tournaments that did not use gaming tables with appropriate amounts of terrain and featured unusually large armies. In addition, it would be more than a touch odd for Eldrad to lead a Saim-Hann army

.
As to where your list stands in the new edition, nobody really knows for certain, as it is all so new. Based on my reading of the new rules, cover remains largely ineffective, so there is a premium on mobility and firepower. This list seems to cover both of those, so my advice would be to test it out as it is and see how it goes. Jetbikes and mechanised Eldar seem to be the best prospect for tenth edition, but until a lot more games have been played nobody can know for sure.
