My only concern with the list is that the lack of shooting makes it hard to deal with skimmers. A few landspeeders with heavy bolters will be highly annoying, and dealing with a transport based army will be nearly impossible. Changing your warriors to scything talon and deathspitter would go a long way toward addressing these problems.
