Nellin will wait for a Dwarf to search for traps, before he searches for treasure. He has a feeling there might be something in the shiny box.

If no Dwarves volunteer, Althion will search for traps, before Nellin searches for treasure.

[Do peoples want to "search out" the rest of the level, or are we good to vacate the dungeon?]

Gimli walks into the treasure room and searches for traps.

So we are done with this quest. You find the magical helmet (+1 Toughness) and you are done with the quest.

How many people are interested in continuing into the 3rd quest?
If we don't have enough players then that's fine and I will pick this up somewhere else at a later date.
If you want to continue I am more than happy to continue. The next quest is a pretty different thing, but also a lot harder.

Up to you guys. :)

I appreciate the opportunity to have played, but I've had my fill for now.

Best of luck to any that carry onwards!

Thanks for hosting, Rasmus.

I have pondered for a while now, if it still makes sense to continue. If we get a number of people on board for the vacant characterslots, id carry on, otherwise id also quit now, while the fun lasts.

If we should continue, Gimli will use his next action to make a dolphin dive towards the shiny helmet  :P

I have an idea for a character in mind should enough of you want to continue, but you need an extra player.  The trouble is that it would be a custom character devised from my own fiendish brain, which doesn't fit any of the standard Heroquest archetypes, so it would depend on how flexible Rasmus is willing to be regarding character creation.

Tell me more Iri - what did you have in mind?

If Nellin makes it back and Faitherun can play on I am sure we can continue.

My idea is a Witch Hunter type build, albeit with some differences.  I'll send more details to Rasmus in a PM tomorrow to see whether it's workable within the parameters of his modifications to the Heroquest rules.

So I am assuming Scoop is intersted and will come back to Nellin when he can. How is faitherun? Are you tagging along on the next one?

Part of me wants to actually finish one of your games.

First one we lost cause we were to cautious (played as squats). So the second one, took more risks and we all died.

This one, I'd like to see us finish, but like the other two, there is a lot of data missing...

It feels like its less role playing and more directing our characters into combat....
So, what your saying is it's not your fault you look stupid by using words you don't get?
Flawless logic.

You guys do the roleplaying. There is nothing I can do to direct it. If you guys rush through and don't talk to one another more than absolutely necessary but keep moving all I can do it post the move as it happens. :)
