New Codex?

Does anyone know if because of the new rulebook, if an new Eldar codex will be released?  I know they are re-releasing the Space Marine so I am assuming that all the races (except perhaps the newer races) will be getting an overhaul. If a new codex is being released, does anyone know when it will be out?
