Look! girls and 40K just do not mix. I have never found a lass who has understood 40K. If you ever mention it to a lass they just walk off! if I don't mention my best hobby

I can pull, but if I do they look at me funny.
Does anyone alse have this problem?

Well, I don't have that problem, exept with my dutch teacher, who mocks me for playing with 'puppets'. They don't all like it as much, but they never ran out on me for that reason, or one of my other hobbies. And it aren't all girls. Just look at this forum.

well, in my case. it does mix, my wife (yes, she can stand me playing 40k) and I have some good times painting at the hobby table, geuss I'm just lucky with someone like kate

In any case, my mom yells at me since she says I am playing wiht dolls. My dad atleast understands that this is a precision hobby based on pateince and other basic life skills, like sticking to a goal or puttig your attention into one thing (or in this case, all of your funds.) O well,

In my free block our teachers designated wednesday as "travel day". I signed up for hobby stuff. MY teacher said I could paint my mini's during class, but not assemble them (fumes ya' know). This teacher is a woman first of all. Secondly (where's my first?), during this travel day period, a girl came up to me and started talking with me because she recognizes warhammer (specifically SM's, my sleek Eldar might of attracted her

) 40,000. No this girl is not a Sp'ed, a freak, dumb or ugly.

I can't say I have this problem either, but then, I don't talk to anyone about 40K except people who play it with me, or someone in the store.

*Several dozen hormogaunt finger puppets pop out of nowhere and attack him*

I dunno I had a g/f and I didn't mention it till she asked what they were. I told it was a game and din't make a big deal out of it. Girls will get scared off if you constantly talk about it, like if you constantly talk about sports or anything they aren't interested in.
