can flight and speed be combined

 I was wondering can daemonic flight and speed be combined nowhere in the chaos codex it says you can't but is there some rule that says you can't   :)

Page 16 of Codex CSM under movment modes.
 But I have seen some house rules that allows them to have Flight and speed but could only use one per turn.

no they cant if you check in the chaos codez on pg 16 in the box at the top it states that you cannot use 2 types of movement however they are obtained
