Title: Deathwatch Question

Ok, so i can upgrade members of tactical squads to Deathwatch marines, right? so i could have a whole squad of them that dont count as the Kill Team for HQ?

Yes you can, but at the specified points cost for the upgrade and ammo.  So yes it is feasible to field an all Deathwatch army.

yea no heavy bolters or lebrerian or anything you can have in the HQ

But you cannot take the HQ DW Kill Team, if you choose to upgrade the marines.
