I have been playing for 15 years now and i'm only 21 lol and i have...

15,000 points in Eldar (All Painted)
12,000 points in Dark Angel Space Marines (All Painted)
10,000 Points in Tyranids (All Painted)
3,000 Points in Necrons (All Painted)

I always make sure to paint something as soon as i get it so i don't get behind on painting and so i can use the models as soon as i get them because i hate playing with unfinished models. Although the Wifey usually gets me so much for Christmas that i get behind for a few months every year lol.

i have about 1500pts of tau, 500pts kroot mercs, 3000pts of guard and some stray orks and bits :) it's all in the process of being repainted or put together.

Would divide them into the two categories, but it would be too much of a pain to do so. Sorry.

Unassembled

Just a bunch of extra weapons, bases, bio-morphs, and heads. Nothing to create anything out of. Just a small bitz box.

I've been back in the game for six weeks or so and have accrued about 2000 points of Cadians, maybe 600 of which are painted to this point.  But I'm chugging along pretty good.  My goal is 3000 painted so I can have some choice in smaller games.

I started playing again about a year and a half ago.

15,500pts - Vanilla marines///Blood angels (6k painted)
5,750pts Daemons (3K painted)
4,750pts Orks (2k painted)
4,000pts Grey Knights (200 painted)

8,000pts High Elves (1 dragon painted)

I have an addiction to buying figures but I'm treating it by buying more  ;)

Give or take 2-300 on both depending on upgrades.

i should also add that this is when i use between both codexes (My soulgrinder doubles as a defiler, my prince is counted in both, my lesser and greater daemons are used as "summoned daemons", etc)

Just restarting work on my Eldar after a LONG time.  Stripped everything (though I hadn't really finished painting much back in the day to begin with...)

I also have various figures that currently have no points cost...

Alas, I traded away my Space Marines and Orks eons ago.

Such a long time!
I've got something around 12k Eldar, 10k Chaos SMs and 9k each of SMs and Orks.
Everything fully unpainted, shame to me. At least the Eldar are in for a winter painting rush, to become my first (almost?) fully painted army. They're my proof test for my historical armies going next.

I would say around 15-20k of imperial guard depending on how they are outfitted.
 


 
All but just a few are basecoated and most are painted to a tabletop quality.
