The link works, but it is no better than Imgur. On my phone, it doesn't let me permanently enlarge a portion of a picture.

Yeah, seems only tied to my profile. Sorry about that Alienscar :-\.

Wouldn't have any recommendations for photo storage websites, would you?

I am in the same boat as everyone else, sad to say. Photobucket was my go to storage site and we all no what has happened to that.

Imgur seems okay. Out of interest what do the pictures I have placed in my Mortal Realms post look like to you?

I think you're using a camera because of the shape or changing the aspect ratio if you're using a phone. Resolution is good and I cannot click on the at all. Also good detail in the photos as well.

Thanks, Dread, this seems promising!

Still cannot zoom very well though. Well, I think that's the best that's going to get to be honest. At least it doesn't take you to another tab each time you click on it.

As the waves broke and the residence of the watery domain came to shore, you could here a lone voice sing out, it was...wait for it....a Lil crab..under the sea, under the sea. Things are much better down where it's wetter, check it and see...and the song fades as they step onto land to stop the war that had been started by the kidnapping of their their princess by surface dwellers. As the emerged, they were met by a small force of the kidnappers and the song began, soldier blue in the barren waste. Hunting and killings a game. Chasing the *insert* back to their homes, fighting them at their own game. Murder for freedom, a stab in the back....and so it began. The battle for the freeing of their beloved princess.

It all looks so beautiful, I couldn't help myself.

Well after Dread's spectacular post everything else seems a bit redundant...

But I agree with Dread and your army looks beautiful.

Thank you, guys!

I have some airbrush flow improver arriving on Thursday, so hopefully I'll be able to get back to  painting sometime this weekend  ;D.

Just some words of wisdom, Airbrush 'medium' is actually not airbrush flow improver, which is why my primer was coming out of the airbrush all weird.

Update time:

On the Paint Table this Weekend:

My third and final Akhelian King and perhaps 2 allopexes

Army Update:

A couple of more kits and I'll reach the finish line for my Idoneth until the next battletome:

3 Ishlaen Guard
3 Morssar Guard
4 Allopexes (including the ones on the paint table)
1 Akhelian King (on the paint table)
Optional: 1 Leviadon

Once I've reached this goal, I shall be choosing a new army to invest into. I believed with all of my heart that it would be the Lumineth. But this reveal for them has left me with mixed, conflicted feelings. I like some of the models, and some of the others I feel were missed opportunities. Too many missed opportunities for me personally.

I believe that I'll be keeping an eye on the Lumineth and seeing how I feel a year or two after their release.

So right now, I'm really only considering two main options.

Rebuilding the Daughters of Khaine

OR

Joining the Hendonites of Slaanesh

Two model ranges that I do love, I think if I do not choose the lumineth at all, then I'll be doing both of these armies. I already have ideas for color schemes for either force.

I'm also planning on painting a centerpiece model outside of my comfort zone, just for experience and to see what I've learned. It shall be a Keeper of Secrets, I've decided. One that I'll be lending to a friend until I've either decided on doing Slaanesh now or when I start them up sometime in the future. So its partially for him too ;D.

I don't know, I still feel some strong love for the Lumineth, in spite of their flaws. I'll make a decision once we're closer to release!

Sorry I haven't dropped by to say this before now, but your Idoneth are looking fantastic. The whole army all together is such a striking visual, I think you may win some games just by lining those boys up and throwing your opponent off their plans.

I think my favourite models are the Akhelian Eel riders. I'm impressed with all the different colour schemes you've come up with...each unique, each very reminiscent of things that you find in the ocean, yet, most importantly, you have them looking like a cohesive unit, despite their glaring differences.

Amazing work Myen'Tal.

Hi Loosh, long time and no see ;D!

Thanks, man! I'm stoked that you like the eels as I feel they're the heart and soul of the Idoneth. It's a challenge to keep finding different schemes to make for each eel, but it's a fun one!

Ya know I love all that you have done. This one, holy cow, is so beautiful. The scales work, colors, just brilliant.

The scale look great and the rider's armour fits really well with the rest of the model.

Thanks, Mage! He's still got a ways to go before he's finished! ;D

Might need to change the skin on his upper body though, it's a little too much purple and red.

Went back and redid some stuff!

Redid some stuff, still WIP, going to try and finish tomorrow, need to highlight the tails, wash the lower scales, do the skin, etc.

Only thing I'll leave undone is the cloak for now.
