What context are you looking for when you say competitive?

To answer the main question, I'd choose the first, but modified.

 I'd take the first list as a base, but drop the two landraiders for the dreadknights instead (should be around the same points). Dreadknights do a lot of work

I think you'll struggle with a lack of boots on the ground. 24 models at 2000pts is low, as well as a 7 or 8 Master Level total (depending on if you combat squad the terminators).

Lol hold on but if i make the changes you suggested pretty much turns list 1 into list 2. Or a very very close resemblance of it.

And GK really are a low model count army there's really no way around it unless you add allies but i do like your suggestions i just feel like it pretty much becomes list 2 in the process which is something I had already done
