Topic: 2K Celestial Lions Battalion (Crimson Fists)

I've got a tournament coming up on the 3rd of March (my first time playing 40k in ages).  This army is pretty much all I've got to work with unit wise.  I'm just wondering about what Warlord Trait, Psychic Powers and Relics to take, so any suggests on that front would be greatly appreciated.  That and what tactics to use too.
