In general, I'd agree with Wuestenfux, however, working with your list rather than compltely changing it, I'd suggest the following...
Lose the plasma pistol from the Captain, it's not worth the risk. The jump pack is not worth it unless he is attached to a similarly equipped assault squad. Also, the power fist is a waste of his higher initiative, a power weapon/lightning claw(S) is a better option. (If you've already made the model, then I wouldn't worry too much for the time being - plenty of time to change him later.
If you haven't allready got the Pred yet, I'd hold off and get some more troops first. Bulk out the Flamer squad (+2-3 chaps) and stick them in the Rhino if you want to keep that. Use the rest of the spare points to get an assault squad, you'd probably be best going for a larger squad with less gucci kit if points are at a premium (although a vet sgt is the ideal place for a power fist).
