Campaign Terrain Project
« on: May 11, 2010, 09:23:13 PM »
So my friends and I have decided to start a campaign again.  We are making all new terrain for this campaign as well as all new missions.  We have a scene for our first mission: a jungle marshy/swampy area.  It will look muddy and mossy and the whole board will be studded in trees and ferns, as well as a river.  we are in the first stages of painting the bases for a few of the large terrain pieces and we have table to match it.  I will post the pictures of the bases when we finish painting and putting trees on them.  I will also continue putting new pictures and information of our terrain and whatnot that we have to construct for further missions.

so far we've been through the planning stage and the cutting stage and we haven't killed each other yet, so I think it will go well.  As soon as I get pictures though, they will get up here  :)

well you see, it's not crushing peoples dreams cause... this is only the entry battle and it is a campaign.  there will be many more battles with different missions and plenty of time for tanks and whatnot.  Yay valkyries!!

ok so the rest of the terrain pieces have been completed.  but still have to find trees to put on them and we are almost done.  we got to make the guard house and touch up the ruined bunker.  it is looking pretty good.  then we can get the river and finally be done.

Got a bunch of model train trees today. 14(?) trees and 'leaves' for $18. Here is the first bunch

Aislinn made most of these... I tried one and screwed up on it. From then on, I stayed with my Eldar I was painting.
