So: mission accomplished.
Depends of what you means - Maybe you should add a clear, prolonged and overly explicative note, most Taverners being legendary thick and all, especially Aussies...

Now who let you back in?
Such is my powerz.

Actually, it was more to do with the shipping costs and necessary required zoning permissions for siting the volcano at fault there.

Ah yes this financial crisis we are in now. I suppose money is rather tight
Not only that: That kind of investment, or worse, actually giving monetary bonuses to Globals is the kind of financial strain that yanked the American banks to their knees.

Which make me think: The Tavern would need an accountant and a lawyer.

I think I can be trusted with the taverns funds  ;). Good we all seem to be in favour. I'll get round to embezzling, investing in pyramid schemes, buying stock in american car companies, buying american cars, trust the banks with the money buying large copius amounts of alcohol straight away.

You're not going to embezzle? Obviously you aren't passionate about financial matters...

T_W's definition of "being passionate about finance" is buying as much alcohol in as little time as possible, and then consuming said alcohol as quickly as possible.

Now, my definition is using the Tavern's Capital to fund my plans of World Dominance ensuring that the Tavern continues to prosper and grow.

I think this thread should be stickied.... :P

Surrounded by your glory, what will my heart feel? Will I dance for you Jesus, or in awe of you be still?
Will I stand in your presence, or to my knees will I fall?
Will I sing, 'Hallelujah'? Will I be able to speak at all?
I can only imagine...

Now now when did I mention consuming said alcohol. I never drink when I'm doing a job properly...... which will probably mean why I'll be quite shoddy

And no we don't need this stickied. If people are real keen on the idea you should go to the tavern games and set up your own dragon tavern. I mean its been done recently countless times before and died in a spectacular explosion of fail (just ask jester). But one can't resist seeing the hope in their eyes and then in 2 weeks watch them weep  ;D, never mind the massive ego denting

died in a spectacular explosion of fail (just ask jester).

I was the one that burnt the Pink Daemonette to the ground, remember (well, I did set it on fire, then Khemri detonated some charges underneath it just as we leapt clear).

I blame lack of Alex-Chan for the fail. The only things required for a good thread are the two of us and the mods all simultaneously being offline.
The Tavern is dead. Long live The Tavern.
