I am wanting to use it to make a eldar army, but it only has the 3rd ed. codex units and stats, any help where that is concerned?

Latest patches are found here. But there seem to be quite a few bugs present.

Sadly it kicked me off, so I am going to have to reinstall it. But it always says the setup isn't done, even though it is. Its confusing.
