Hello, time for another blogpost on my webpage. This time the only 40k related is a wip of a fallen Sororitas (my Ahadi-project). Tomorrow will be sketch-update and then there will also be an image posted right here in this topic.

I like the scrapyard pic. The baroque/rococco-looking guy on top of a pile (of the eponymous junk?) looked very cool.

Cheers Sir_G, the "guy" is a Faerie and the "junk" is actually just a rock. The game is called Scrapyard, though I think it has more to do with the scrapyard-esque  skirmrishers (in that they have a wide array of gear, historically and geographically mashed together). Glad you like and hope you will enjoy it as it progresses.

New sketchpost up: http://studiocolrouphobia.net/2012/02/28/sketch-away/
This time I got the completed Arbaal painting up, plus a speedpainting of a little something 40k...

Enjoy!

"Carry on – Sketches will follow

Hello there,
Time for another update with images.
This time it is a littlescarce because I am saving up two images for free tutorials. One of those will come within the week, the other will take a little longer.

In the meanwhile, here is a speedpaint/quick study for Imperial Fists armour in sunlight.

This was done as part of trying to figure out lighting of an Imperial Fist for a figure in a commission..."

I love your lego picture. I used to be all about lego when I was a kid, and to see something like this done is nothing short of astounding.

Cheers Godspeed,
Couldn't post on here for a couple of days, not sure wy, it was REEEEEEALY slow on this forum.

Anyways, Mondays blogpost:
Fantasy Flight Games sent me the contributors copy of Hand of Corruption, which mean I can show the images I illustrated for it.
Images in blogpost:
Time, is on my side, yes it is! – NDA’s releasing etc. « Studio

And since you guys had to wait, here is a little something I only posted on deviantart and bolternchainsword

Preview of a wiP.

This is not by far completed, and the entire image is a bit larger...showing the standard he is holding. And some more... stuff.
Things not completed (though sketched out and/or partly done) are- standard, Chainsword, Tabard, Backpack, Pauldron with mosaic pattern (shown in the preview above) SpaceHulk interior background with marines fighting genestealers... (so there's sort of no point in showing those parts just yet)

Cheers guys, I update this anytime anything 40k related is posted in my blog. To keep up to date with it for certain, you can also just bookmark/subscribe to the blog. Though there will be pure art(i.e. non-40k) posts appearing as well there...
