here I will post some stuff from my (digital) pen.

As means of explaining: I am a freelance Illustrator that, amongst other things, have done work for Fantasy Flight Games on their 40k-related RPGs.

Thought I'd show some 40k stuff I make in my sparetime in this topic...
I'll be linking to the images, as to not hog up bandwidth...

Starting off with a work in progress. Some five hours so far.

Excellent work, man. Obviously professional quality. I would point out that your image is visible rather than linked to, however.

True, but I linked to the image rather then attach it, so win for bandwidth anyway :p

How much time do you spend a day on a piece in total?

It depends. This one is personal so I painted on and off for four days, about two hours a day.
Normally if I paint commissioned work I paint more or less in one go and not having to "start" up makes it go a little faster...

In a couple of days (I hope) I'll post something completely new.

Unti then, I hope you will make do with the Unknown Terminator, from my (hopelessly) delayed Graphic Novel abut the ngels Cruentis and Inquisitor Damien.

First image I made for FFG was more then a year ago...

Holy crap that is a sweet Dark Mechanicus (I'm assuming it is, anyway).

I have to admit, the AdMech have some of the coolest imagery and styles in the 40k universe. Really good job enapsulating that.

That's sweet! Love the maks, the pose and the little details like the epaulettes, gorget and the gloves.

I can't help but ot notice though... the knife is a straight one.

Very excellent work. My only miff would be that sisters wouldn't fall, but the picture is awesome enough to turn me.
