Hey evryone! Can anyone tell me roughly how big the base on the shrine is? Thanks in advance
-
Hi Dread, the terrain peace has no base. Also, the piece itself is gargantuan lol.
-
Sorry, I meant the bottom. I'm thinking it's probably around the 100 mm oval. I can't find a pic with a model next to it for comparison. I'm gonna do up one using the old teepee looking one and just want to get it about the same size.
-
Hey Dread, according to the internet it is roughly 4.5" by 4.5".
-
Thanks aliensscar, I appreciate the help. Now nap time and then...
-
Alienscar is incorrect, I have a Loonshrine.
It's not a perfect oval, but it's roughly 4" x 6.5" However, keep in mind it's not at all perfectly that shape, and some elements reach past that on the model.

Thanks bud, I hadn't started on it yet so thanks for the info. Ya I was planing on making the bottom out of a piece of board and sloppily cut it a general shape.
-
I recommend getting the model, as it's absolutely fantastic. If you're going to use it in games, you should have the official model, as it's shape and size can have an impact on the game. Also, the mushrooms are great decoration for other models bases, or to create objectives.

I may get the model somewhere down the line because I do want it but not being able to work til God knows when, a proxy will have to work after social gaming is back up. Damn virus. So I have lots of bits left over from the start collecting boxes as well as old things and will give me something to do for my gits now.

Fair enough. I use one in my army, but it has no effect on my spiders, I just like the look of it. It's good for hiding models behind, and blocking movement.

If you don't mind me asking, how tall is it?
-
Around 7.5" at the tallest point.

Thanks bud. Will post a pic when I get it cobbled together.
