Hold up... Do the new Guardian legs come in one piece?

Not really, they come in pairs. There are a handful that are like 3/4 complete, but are missing like a small piece from the knee down that you have to attach.

The Eldar guardian looks great, I like it seems not to have changed much as its a cracking piece of design work.

Mechanicus progress good, will you be getting any vehicles? Do they have many vehicle options even?

Thank you! Yes, the new Guardian Defenders and much of the new aeldari kits have the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' theme going on. Just goes to show that Jes Goodwin is a mastermind!

Yes, I will eventually be acquiring several vehicles for the Mechanicus in time. They have a few vehicles, but not as many as you'd expect.

Got some cleanup to do on these before Highlights, but these have about reached the do-over point, so going to commit to highlights and then move on from them.

I love the plumes on those Banshees. They add so much to the models' dynamism and your choice of red really makes them pop.

As do I.  Furthermore, the entire colour combination is really impressive.  It is so reminiscent of the original colour scheme from way back in 1990 and I really like that.

Thanks guys,

I've resumed work on some aeldari vehicles and a second squad of Banshees. I also revisted my Tech-Priest Dominous - I've a few more things to work on for him.

Those elf miniatures look pretty if rather impractically equipped in places. The multi-string bow and oversized helmet horns come to mind. Great work on the painting though!

Yes, the multi-string bows are rather strange.  The gold and purple are so good though.  You have really painted these very well indeed.  As for the red, it is as impressive as always.

I really like the red on the dunecrawler - is it a blend or something? Or were there varied undercoats on the model?

Nice! I like the light brown on both walkers. It really helps to break up the monotony of the reds and metallics.

It's really a lot of layers of the same color, combined with a few thinned out washes. That's likely what is creating that effect.

Thank you!

I agree, it's a Mars pattern scheme, but I think it still works with my overall scheme, which is really only for the infantry models!

I love how the dragoon's robots have little heads and tiny little T-rex arms.
Nice progress!
