The 40kOnline Forum Awards: Tau Poster of the Year Nominations
« on: January 20, 2011, 09:53:35 PM »
The 40kOnline Forum Awards 2010.

See the above for the rules and specifics of the Forum Awards, and use the linked thread for general questions.

Make your nominations for the Tau Poster of the Year here in this thread or through PMing me (though clearly title it so I can easily tell what it's about). The only limit is that you can not nominate the previous winner, which was in this case was O!nk. You can only nominate a single person for an award, but there is no limit to how many awards you can nominate someone for (whether the same member or a different one).

Oh, and people, please remember to use full usernames or link to the profile as I don't know every member of this site's nickname/acronym/shorthand/etc. etc. etc.

Nominations
  • Tarrin (2)
  • Bloodhawk (1)
  • Wyddr (1)
  • SwampyTurtle (3)
  • TrueHyuga (1)

Because spamming the hotkey for a Deathknight's weapon in WoW is precisely the same as learning to use a sword in real life. That's why when Kendo grandmasters fight, they just stand there shouting keystroke combos at each other.

While all are judged equally upon their contribution to the greater good only some are able to be advanced to higher levels of achievement and hence subsequent offer (amphetamine parrot, sounds too much like Scientology) - I would like to kindly offer, with all respect, the name of Tarrin to these halls of equally respected virtue and glory. Other than Farsight, beslubber him.

I'd like to nominate SwampyTurtle. He always seems to have something (good) to say and I think his ideas around the Septs of the Empire (along with Vanity Killer) will hopefully come into full fruition in this following year.

Nominating TrueHyuga. His advice is generally most consistently right and proper, and he understands the Tau army.

Remeber guys that this is just for nominating... so if you can think of someone who has not yet been nominated then be sure to put their name forward (in lieu of re-nominating someone who is already on the list). We will all get a chance to vote for the nominations in due course.
