Topic: "Wade through paint" SM model.

Hi everyone.

I figured I might as well show my process in making/painting this model, so you guys can give me tips. Or praise me.

****January 30-10****

Starting off by making the GS robes on the model.



The pic is a tad too blurry, I think I'll work on making a light box soon.

****A few hours later****

I reattached the SM's leg. I still have no clue what this model will end up like, but I hope it is good.

Looks like a decent start. I look forward to watching your progress. Maybe it will inspire me to do something great.

UPDATE:

****January 31-10****

I threw a hood onto the SM.



I also started to work on his base.



The brick walls are made with sprue bits.

I also made 4 I-beams.



The beams were fun to make. It's 4 Popsicle sticks glued together. Two side by side, and then 1 on top and 1 underneath.

At this point you may be wondering; Where the hell is this going?

I don't know myself. It looks like you are just going to have to wait to find out.
