Yeah, it is.

Still, you really should take the upgrades off the hormagaunts (and I suggest putting on leaping onto rippers, it speeds them up a lot, and makes them much better).

I know it seems like a whole lot of models to paint, but you don't have to get them all at once, and can paint them slowly.

Glad you like the fexes. They seem like they will do well.

I'll keep tweaking things here and there. I want to make sure I have a solid list before I start buying stuff.

I'm thinking about adding another 10 point upgrade to my Tyrant to get closer to 1850. I'm thinking about either Toxin sacs or another physic power. What would you suggest?

Give it Psychic Scream and swap the Synapse on the Zoanthropes for Psychic Scream as well and you've got a perfectly functional Choir

I think your HG's are a bit overpriced.  I know that you probably feel like 11 points per model seems really cheap, but they're awfully easy to kill.  Even a lasgun will slaughter you.  I'd drop the toxin sacs.

Other than that, I'd say that everyone here has led you to a very nice and effective army list.  Go forth and devour.
