The old hold the line with tanks and artillery supporting the grunts. Vets in chimera for mobility and targets of opportunity. The CCS will be the  warlord. Still learning the nuances of 7th edition and  new warlord rules.

You've added sponson weapons to each of your tanks when they're firing ordnance.  I think you should drop them and add in another infantry squad with an autocannon.  I'd also recommend melta bombs for your sergeants.

I'm also not a fan of MoO since he scatters even when you roll a hit.

Also it might be a typo but it appears that only your CCS has a vox, which makes it useless.
