"Additional comments - stay away from gaming terms. It gets tiresome to read about how elite someone/thing is or how the heavy support just rolled into town. It’s not necessary. Stay away from game timing"

I just had a flashback to the D&D movie and reference to one character as 'low level' - *cringe*. I heartily agree, gaming terminology should be streered away from unless it's satire.

I remember that scene, it was definately a cringy moment, though I think it would have been worse if they'd said low level thief, or something.  At least a mage in world context could be ranked with a "level" system representing how accomplished they were, or how many 'grades' they'd completed, that sort of thing, just my two cents worth.

Pardon for the delay- there is no limit on the length of stories here.  There is a character limit per post, so it is permissible to double post after that character limit has been reached.  A series of short posts will be merged when located- use the Modify button to add to or edit an existing story.

We are amending these rules and now prohibit "adult fiction" here. There are too many kids reading these boards and a the tag in the subject does not do enough.
I am the one getting the angry email from parents, so I am disallowing them being posted here from now on. They will be treated as spam and deleted on sight.

Anything dealing with explicit sexual activities.

It is strange how few parents mail me regarding gore, dismemberment and death, and how many get upset about naked bodyparts touching.

Someone threaten to sue or was there just a torrent of the mails?
Otherwise, I really don't see the issue..

Angry grams from concerned parents who are often distressed at the material their little snowflakes willingly expose themselves to. Easier to avoid the issue entirely than deal with the helicopter noises all the time.

Grand so.
I'm sure we can count on you mods to use good judgment about this sorta thing where the lines aren't so clear (i.e. innuendo etc).

If you feel uncertain please use "Report to Moderator" and someone will have a look at it for you, to either make sure it is ok (so that you don't get it removed in error) or not (so that we don't get angry mails where we would not need to).
