Looking spiffy for sure. How about white outer with a deep red inner liner?

Thank you all for the responses guys!  :)

I’ll post more detailed responses later but in the meantime, the Librarian is nearly finished:

I’m mostly happy with him (good call on the white cloak guys!) but in the course of working on his head I messed up his eyes, and I just can’t get those nice bright yellow eyes back.  :P

Looking snazzy, Calamity! If you want the eyes to pop again, you can layer some wraithbone on there and use some contrast on it. Just an idea!

That looks very fitting for him. Good job, I'll have to remember that for my librarian.

Yeah, that white robe really works on that Libby. Nice work Cap. This guy will look superb when he's done. Keep it up man!

Thanks guys!  Hope everyone’s doing ok.  :)

I’m currently finishing off the Librarian and the Dreadnaught.  Both way behind schedule but I have a valid excuse: I ran out of of Nuln Oil.  ;D

No excuse for not having fixed the Interceptors though.  It’s almost a fear at this point.  :P

But regardless, now that the oil supply has been topped up, I’m back to work.  Whilst I work on those, here’s some new arrivals:

I’ve another box of intercessors to make too.  Once they’re done, I’ll have a full, codex compliant Demi Company made up.  How about that?  ;D

A full Demi Company? That really is impressive work Cap.

I've lost count of the number of projects I've started and then put to one side because I lack 1 paint or something; in my case, it can lead to the terminal end of a project! Here's hoping that you get some Nuln Oil soon and get back to it.

Here's a video on how to make it, cheaply, I'm not far off have to resort to this myself.

Hello again folks!  I got my Nuln Oil and I’m back in business!  ;D

So I probably shouldn’t be sharing these just yet but I’m too excited to keep them to myself.  I’m on the verge of finishing my first batch of grots:

Only the bases and bones to finish up.  Those are way way WAY overdue lol.

I also, with some difficulty, managed to repair those Interceptors:

I was also trying to finish off the librarian but I don’t think I have the right paints to create a good glowing force sword.  A sort of teal colour.  Yet another trip to the store for paint!  ;D

both units a looking good Calamity. The goblins have always had a lot of character to their models, so much fun to paint :)

Nice work Cap! I'm jealous of those Gobbos. I found painting a few Gretchin to be incredibly fun and rewarding, so have been tempted by the AoS line...I just have too much other stuff that I want to paint first!

The gobs came out really nicely and obviously I really like the Inceptors...I always like your marines. Just such a great colour scheme executed very well.

Thanks Myen’Tal!  Yes I’m relieved that the interceptors are ok again lol.

Thanks!  They do too don’t they?  I can’t wait to get started on some of the newer kits!  ;D

Thanks Dread will do!

Thanks!  They are incredibly fun to paint, and if you ever get around to AoS I heartily recommend them lol.

And thank you!  I’m particularly proud of the marines myself.  Probably my best work if I do say so lol.

Speaking of which, the Librarian is now finished:

Very happy with how he came out.  Although I should probably try to present him in better light.  My phone has a random camera quality it seems.  :P

Same for the goblins too:

Might need to work on those rims though...

I’m also working away on the dreadnaught and hopefully making a start on some of the gobbo characters very soon too!

That librarian has come out very nicely Cap. Maybe it's because my colour scheme is fairly close to yours, but I really like the blue/white/gold combo.

Great work bud.

nice effect on the librarians robe. Really nice area highlights on the armour and sword too.

Thank you so much guys.  :)

I’m trying to maintain the momentum, and although I was aiming to start work on the Cave Shaman I went off on a tangent and started on my Endless Spells instead:

I’m very happy with how they’re turning out if I do say so myself.  ;D
