Grammar is your friend.
Daemonhunters, as i see it, is a bit more open to handel more things. They are not SO focused on killing Daemons, but they still can. And very easily.
Witch Hunters have a lot more focus on psychers. Yes, you can have a force that can still fight anything you want but, they have a lot more specilization.
