So after my mussing, here is my first thought to a 2k list
++ Battalion Detachment +3CP (Tyranids) [113 PL, 2000pts] ++
+ HQ [31 PL, 633pts] +
Broodlord - will go into the cyte
Hive Tyrant: 2x Monstrous Scything Talons , Adrenal Glands, Prehensile Pincer Tail, Toxin Sacs, Wings
Tervigon: Massive Scything Talons, Stinger Salvo
+ Troops [29 PL, 372pts] +
12x Genestealer with Rending Claws - also go into the cyte
10x Genestealer with Rending Claws - these will pop out with the Trygon
27x Termagant with Fleshborers
+ Elites [14 PL, 282pts] +
Pyrovore x1 - going into the cyte
1x Neurothrope, 5x Zoanthrope - also going into the cyte
+ Fast Attack [16 PL, 240pts] +
20x Gargoyle
20x Gargoyle
+ Heavy Support [16 PL, 335pts] +
3x Biovore
Trygon Prime: Adrenal Glands, Bio-electric Pulse with Containment Spines, Biostatic Rattle, 3x Massive Scything Talons, Toxin Sacs
+ Dedicated Transport [7 PL, 138pts] +
Tyrannocyte: 5x Deathspitter

Cyte will drop down and disgorge 12 stealers, the broodlord, the zoans, and the pyrovore. This will happen at the same time as the Trygon pops up with the other squad of stealers.
Mean while, Flyrant and gargoyles will move as a swarm up one flank, while the tervigon pops out little gribbles and they all move up behind the flyers.
