Gruesome Talisman in 4th edition
« on: September 2, 2004, 06:39:39 AM »
The GT adds an extra model for outnumbering, but how many wounds has this extra model got?

In 4th edn if my Kabal Lord (3W) and thus counting as 3 models for outnumbering has a GT - is this extra model a 1W model or a duplicate of the Lord with 3W

Is he now 4 (3+1) or 6 (3+3) for outnumbering?

I know what I'd like the anwer to be but views would be welcome.

This is explained in the new Dark Eldar FAQ, which can be download from the 40k/Dark Eldar section of the GW Website. Gruesome Talismans have the effect of adding 1 wound for outnumbering purposes, so an Archon with a Gruesome Talisman counts as 4 wounds for outnumbering.
