Slave taking in the TAR
« on: December 30, 2003, 09:43:02 AM »
I'm not sure how this works. If i win cc against say Tau. They run 4 inches, I catch them 6 for my roll, what happens next??

Are they gone for the greater good? ;)

Thanks,

Darkblade

With the TAR, nothing happens next. As in, absolutely nothing. Nothing moves, you just stay in close combat, and you (not the opponent) must make a pile-in move.
Then, for each enemy casualty that fell in that combat that round, you roll a die. On a 4+, you capture your victim as a slave.

What Mandor said.  Just take slaves when the enemy falls back, just like how it happened in the old rules.

And take slave snares! The only way to take Dark Angels thome to play with
