Topic: Troop choice question

It seems to me that the codex states you have to have at least 2 infantry platoons (2-5).  However I see lists where people use one infantry platoon and an armored fist, or conscript platoon. Theres a clause that says you have to have a normal infantry for each one of either of those you take, but are you not still required the 2 infantry platoons?   Is this legal? If so, how does this effect grenadiers?  Can I have 2 grenadiers as my troop choices?   I apologize if this is in the FAQ or errata, I went through both and don't remember seeing it.

You're mixing things up.  the 2-5 is how many squads each platoon gets, not how many platoons.  You can have as many or as few Infantry Platoons as you want (Keeping in mind that you need one per AF and Conscript Platoon).

And yes, you can have only Grenadiers for troops if you so desire.
