Old Painting
« on: March 11, 2015, 04:26:36 PM »
My dad found this whilst doing some clearing out.  It's a painting I did way way back in school, of a Rock Beauty angelfish:

I completely forgot about it until now.  He's hung it up on the wall, which is nice.  That's what I used to be able to do when I had the time and equipment. :P

Well that's pretty cool. Nice technique and the color blends are subtle. It's really nice how different techniques can translate over to our mini painting. 2 thumbs up!!

Nice and I agree with everything Dread wrote. I take it you took art in school. Did you achieve a pass grade?

Thank you.  :)

Yes and yes.  Although it wasn't as high as I had hoped, as it was to be presented as a project, and mines was a little bit disorganized.  But a pass is a pass.  ;)

Hey, that's really good. :)

I'm more of a stickman-artist myself.

Thank you! :D

Stickmen can be surprisingly expressive, even ones without a face.
