Estalia and Tilea - Where to Find Official Background Material?
« on: February 4, 2013, 04:04:35 PM »
Apart from the Dogs of War Armies Book from a number of years ago, are there any other good official (rather than fan made) sources which go into detail about the history, culture, and armies of Estalia and Tilea?

I've been hunting around without a great deal of success, but I was wondering whether there's more information on these states in sources from Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.  Could anyone who plays this shed any light on the subject?

From what I can see, using the super accurate utility site that is Lexicanum, it appears the only information for Tilea comes from the Dogs of War book released in '98, as well as two white dwarf articles.

Estalia has some information on there as well from the 6th edition rule book, the 3rd edition rule book, as well as the first edition of WHFRP
If there is anything that recent politics has taught us, it is that quotes taken out of context can mean what ever you want them to.
Well I always liked the globals...

Yes, that's the problem I've run into.  There's so little background information available from official sources.

I had hoped that there was something I'd overlooked in Warhammer Fantasy roleplay, but further research that I've conducted since posting this thread would suggest that this isn't the case.
