Question Regarding Seekers and Markerlights
« on: June 4, 2007, 07:30:29 PM »
This is kind of an odd question.

It's actually a 2part question.

Markerlights can call in seeker missles. Now... Who counts as actually firing the seeker missles? The vehical it is launched from? Or the unit that places the specific markerlight that is used? Or nobody and it is fired independent from all of that?

Second question takes into account that.

If firing a volley of seeker missles at one target, could you use the negative cover save rule on the seeker missles? Or would you have to use marker-hits for every single missle?

Here are my guesses, I dunno for sure, so don't quote me

1. They fire seperatly, like a unit choosing to fire, they just require a markerlight.

2. Uhh...hypotheticall y you could I guess, but why would you? Provided you had more than 1 markerlight hit, of course.
