Danceman don't worry faith can be found in some strange places. To have it in god is nice, but start with faith in yourself and those around you. Baby steps.
As to why kids beleive. I heard an excelent summation. Pardon my inadequate attempt to restate it. When you are your cup of faith is small like you. It is easily filled. As we grow older, the size of that cup grows. It becomes harder and harder to fill.
