Title: Special Operations Roleplay 6/6
Post by: Gunner1116 on March 25, 2011, 12:33:19 AM
Hello, I will use this both for characters and for gameplay. As soon as 6 people join up we can start. To add the aspect of chance whenever you are attempting something choose a number between 1-10 and leave it near your action. (This is the way I have roleplayed in the past with no dice, so, don't ask, it works.) The game takes place in the near future, North Korea has rapidly gained military strength, and is threatening the saftey of the NATO countries. Nobody knows when or where they'll strike. You, are part of an Unnamed Special Operations Group or USOG. Your are in USOG-1 the first to hit the ground when something needs done silently. If somebody wants to take over the leadership of the squad that is fine, otherwise I will choose somebody to lead. Squad leader is 1-1, second is 1-2 and so one. Ask any questions you want to.

Prolouge:
"Ladies and Gentlemen, I am gonna cut right through the amphetamine parrot and hit the facts. North Korea has been gaining military strength for a while now, and NATO has decided to bring its best together to stop them from doing anything dangerous. Your mission is to infiltrate a North Korean outpost near the border of North and South Korea, and assassinate a General overseeing the mass recruitment of mercenaries there. Support will be limited as usual. Good luck and that is all."

The characters step into an armory and where a man in a unmarked uniform waits. "Alright, intel says that the outpost is surrounded by jungle and you will drop in near a river just south of the outpost. There are 4 towers on the 4 corners of the outpost as well as a main central building made out of concrete. Surrounding the concrete building are several other buildings that look like  mess halls or bunkhouses. We think the General will be underneath the camp in one of several underground rooms. Find a way in and kill him. Any questions?" (There is almost any weapon imaginable in the armory.  There is also all kinds of equipment and gear. Mods for weapons are allowed, but most will have no effect on gameplay. Silencers will.)

Hopefully we can get some more people to join up!

The man in the unmarked uniform laughs a little to himself before saying, "Well, if you don't care how your going to get out of there, then we might as well not worry about extracting you!" after finishing his laugh, his face turns serious, "When you have completed your mission you will head to a small hill to the east of the fort. Don't worry, it will be identifiable by the small house on top of it. We will have vehicles waiting there for you. (The mission will end when you get to this point and drive off) Three fourwheelers. One man drives one man shoots if there is the need. I also think you want to know what we can do for you if amphetamine parrot hits the fan. We have 1 helicopter that will be able to offer you fire support and a small 4 man team inside incase several of you are wounded. We would prefer it though if no of you got hit."

"Nice to know, ill try not to." Okie says locating his custom equipment in the room and fitting it all on his person, he always packed light. Holstering his sidearm with the suppressor fastened to it snuggly on his chest, and checking to be sure all his magazines were fully loaded with his hand loaded ammo he glanced around to see if the armoury had anything he could use.

Name: John Allen Jr
Nationality: American
Branch of Service+Rank: Delta Force, Staff Sergeant
Character background: Born In the Mobile AL, John Allen joined the army straight out of High School due to a sense of duty for his country installed in him by his father whom was a SOG operator in Vietnam. Rising quickly through the ranks to E-6 in the army, he was selected to join the US Delta force sometime during the early 1980s. Serving in both Desert storm (where he hunted Squds) and Iraqi Freedom (Doing secret undercover work  :o ) Allen has gained plenty of experence of his time in the military. Know as "Junior" by his old Squadron back at Fort Bragg for his very southern accent. In fact some people have mistaken his southern accent for stupidy and think him slow. However, this is often a facade and plays to his advantage in certain past cases. Although He has been trained in the art of sniping he prefers to be a door kicker and hence usually carrys the squads CQB weapons. Now passed on to this USOG, Allen is ready to do what he must to protect Freedom world wide.

Flares, and a K-bar knife.

*Little history behind my characters inspiration. I am a History major in College with a focus in military history and a native born Alabamian. Pride in my state and the men and women whom have served. SOG is one of my favorite units of all time and this RP sounded like the perfect way to have some fun.

The Armory is filled with tons of weapons and other tools of war. You can see besides the weapons and explosives several sets of nightvision/thermal goggles and they are the only real things that would further benefit the team.

[OOC] I like your character, just two questions about your weapon. Why do you have an ACOG for CQB, and why would you have it with an M203? ACOG are mainly for range finding, and M203s severly reduce long range accuracy. Don't take me as being rude, just thought I'd help. [/OOC]

Okie picks up a small nightvision device that fits over one eye on the bill of his boonie hat, he also noticed a pile of sunglasses and retrieved a pair of oackley half jackets.

[OOC] The ACOG and the M203 can be taken off the gun at will. For the Hk-416 a Acog is usally standard on it. While the M203 is not, it can be modified to be so. I figure that my character would only use the 203 in a "oh amphetamine parrot amphetamine parrot amphetamine parrot" type of situation, say if we were about to be over run or enemy waves started chasing us. I also may have a love of the Hk-416 with Acog and 203 combo. Its one of my favorites, no matter how "realistic" it is. I think for starters however, the 203 will be off in the rucksack and come out in times of need (if the team wishes)  [OOC]

Junior follows Okie and Picks up the second pair of NVG off the table. Smiling to himself, he starts eyeing his other team mates. The one called Okie looked solid and well averse in the ways of special operations. Junior had also trained with the SAS before so the Cpl that was just entering the room looked solid too. Preharps they would be able to pull this off. Then frowning to himself he thought, but if we screw the pouch we are amphetamine parrot out of luck, deniablity is the name of the game, and its one we accept fully when we joined up..... then deciding he wanted to think postive he headed over to the other american and held out his hand, and with a strong southern accent spoke "Sergeant Major, Pleasure to meet you, Im Staff Sergeant John Allen Jr, US Delta but everyone calls me Junior or JR for short"

[OOC] Sorry no offense intended, I just like to help people when it comes to firearms. :D [/OOC]

Speaking in a distinct Okie accent he took the mans hand in a firm hand shake and looked him in the eye. Please to meet you, you can call me "Okie." Im with logistics He says the last part with a wink, knowing any non-com with DELTA will know what he means.

Glancing around he eyed the young guy, only a corporal so he must be somewhat fairly new especially to this game. He also carried a revolver thats rare on the modern battlefield, then again he had used .22s with Mussad. Either way he looked dependable.

[OOC] Im sorry if i came off as offended  :-[  I was just explaining each part of the load out on the gun itself. I appericate your help though  :D It did open my eyes to the idea that the 203 would be better off in the rucksack for now. If the team wishes i can leave it at base. [OOC]

"logistics" smiles JR to himself, "well that will come in handy here. Always good to have a logistics buddy or three in the service they tell me" he said grinning. Then contuining on he asked " any idea who's got rank in this little operation so far?" While talking with Okie, he picks up his Hk-416 and starts cleaning it as throughly as possible. A part of a ritutal his father had taught him while he use to go hunting as a young man.

OCC If we want to play fire arms advice :P, I will tell you nightwalker both your guns are not "light"  I own an M14 and shot the 1911 once it's heavy for pistols.  That being said they are great guns just poking the bees nest and I would have done the same thing but you got here first..  Why question the M203 at least some one taking the initiative to carry more gear for us.  ;) OCC

Seeing the two others in the room grabbing NVG's he follows suit.  "The queens paying for this one boy help our selves but don't get weighed down too much"  he friendly suggests to the other men.  "Names Matthew Robinson you can call me Robby if you please" as he puts his arm out to greet the other two with a hand shake.

[OOC] shot an M14, going to buy it soon. Either way I'm carrying a full fledged sniper rifle this time around not a designated marksman rifle. I'm still packed light for a combat operation, and all my gear is custom which means it weighs even less ;). But your especially right about the sidearm, it uses a 18 round magazine full of .40S&W and runs for 3000$. It's one of those guns you dream of owning ::)[/OOC]
Please to meet you, I'm okie. once again giving his signature handshake. Don't worry though, I always pack light.

[OOC]Alright, ranger_scout, is going to be the leader apparently, since no one else has asked about it. So ranger you might want to do a quick list check to make sure your team has everything it needs and if it doesn't maybe one of the last 2 people can grap what you want. Just because I like talking about guns  ;D For a mission like this I think I would prefer an MP5 silenced actually. Nice, light, and reliable. Good for close quarters. ;)[OOC]

OCC You will love the M14 great rifle and you get the advantage of american gun laws  :( poor Canada.  I am familiar with the M21 compared to the M14 but civi side their is no difference. Mine has a 4x12 scope and 6 mags (capped to 5 rounds  :()to do the same job okie is gona do in this RPG  :)"

Shaking Okie's hand he realizes this will be an mainly yank op  "Mate that good for the packing we defiantly don't want to get weighed down behind enemy lines."  Robbinson says in his thick british accent.  "Wondering what other nations are contributing for operators don't want to be the only non- Yank" he says half jokingly.

OCC Up to you if you want to play we need the 6th man and a room clear at that. I would love to see another operator form a foreign country but america is fine. OCC

"Okay lads listen in" Robbinson says to get all the boys attention. "One more is on their way we will make him our front hit man our point for breaching.  We need this soldier to have a sub gun of sorts to get in their fast and accurately.  He will carry our master key C4 and breeching charges.  When we our outdoor he will carry the binos and a laser designator and function as spotter as a sub gun just wont have the range.  Other wise our kit load out seems good for all sorts of fighting.  That being said not prefect and well lets fix that..."  Robinson says "I need a map and compass, GPS and a set of pacer beads as he takes the following off the shelf." You lads need to divi up these items between you: silencers we all need one,  we need more than three boxes of the C9 SAW ,Okie take one more box of 200 and same with you Gregory.  Note that standard NATO 5.56 mags can be fed in the side port if needed lets hope 5 boxes is enough.  I want signal flares in 3 coulors 3 of each red, blue and green,  I will grab the green this will signal evac blue for indicate friendlies, and red for fire missions"  Robbinon explains as he puts 3 flares into his side pouch on his vest.  "every one will ditch the ruck sacks only essentials.  rations shall be stripped to the basics and only 1 per day of operations,  this brings up another point water no soldier goes without 3 L of water i recommend a camel back have it under your vest to allow for no noise from a sloshing canteen and keeping it on your back.  Magnum due to your amazing size and strength put you cross bow bolts in this bag as well as your rations and extra box of ammo."  Robinson says as he hucks a cammo bag at the soldier.  " that is not all i want every other soldier to have NVG that cover 1 eye only no point in blinding both if amphetamine parrot happens. That is all for kit i can come up with off the top of my head here Yanks.  As for uniformity we are going to wear this old Vietnam special operations cammo BDU's.  All you can have on it is Nick names no real names and a small flag for your country in green. No ID discs as well or any ID, this cammo and ID rule goes for vests and everything gear related. So get to it we deploy soon enough!" Robbinson finally states.  As he gets to re dressing him self.

Why hello there, do I smell some steak on the barbie? I hope I can come play too.

Name: Tony 'Bait' Boden
Nationality: Australian
Branch of Service+Rank: Trooper, Special Air Service Regiment (SASR, the survivalist spec. ops :D)
Character background:
Growing up in central Australia meant a tough but enjoyable up bringing for Bait, and being 'thicker than foundations' on the intelligence part, the army seemed to be the operative choice. The big man, over 6 foot and 100kg, was accepted in the army and eventually in the SAS. Thanks to the wide reaching training of the SAS, Bait is skilled in most forms of combat and specialized in air insertions and explosives.

Having gone through Iraq twice, and indentures to Australian combat engineers, Bait is well versed in explosives use, removal, defusal and improvisation. In fact Bait has an entire notebook, green, containing IED recipes and defusal techniques . Time spent internationally has only heightened these skills or added to them, particularly in the case of the time spent with a Gurkha regiment. Excelling in survival, explosives and soldiery in general Trooper Bait seemed an ideal representative.

Weapons
Primary: MP5 SD silenced submachinegun
Secondary: Browning Hi-Power 9mm Handgun (Hollow Points)
Ammo: 12 x 30 round 9mm MP5 magazines, 5 x 12 round 9mm hollow point pistol magazines.
Explosives: C-4 (5kg), Primacord Detcord (20m), detonating caps, 6 M26 hand grenades, 2 smoke grenades, 2 claymore mines, 4 x 500g KNO3

Other: Heavily customised back pack, with chest satchel, Hardened Kukri blade, Little Green Book, medical kit, survival kit, Leatherman multitool, braided paracord belt (30m), paracord in boots and bag straps and 10m roll(50m), camel back 3L, rations, climbing hammer, black tarp, 3 x 1m. Standard camo, black beret, well worn hiking boots.

(I should point out, with much military background, I will be pointing out some IEDs. Don't try them. At all. My uncle has shown me some things that he only does when he is far FAR away... And you will also realise how much dangerous stuff is in walmart :D. I will make sure to PM our game master if I am trying something very awesome/lulhax)

Okie fits one half gallon sized soft skin canteen of water on the side of his bag, along with a tiny map and compass he puts in the bag. He strips all his leather (exception to the bag) and gets into the BDUs he finds on a shelf. Then rummaging threw some boxes finds some HOOAH bars that he puts in a air tight zip lock bag and puts in his chest pocket. He also retrieves three blue flares. Finally he retrieved the ammo that had been designated to him and tried to find a way to fit it in his little backpack, finally deciding just to hang it off the bottom like a sleeping roll.

[OOC] I am going to go ahead and post this, but you can post the changes that you made in response to ranger's post in italics, before you post anything else and I will know what you mean.[OOC]

You are put on a plane and flown to some unknown location. After that you are driven to a river where 2 boats await. You board them and are taken what seems like several miles before the drivers land the boats on the left side of the river. One of the men says, "We are here, the fort is 1 mile to the north of here. Good luck, you'll need it." The boats then turn around and head back the way they came. Jungle surround you, but your NVG help you see through the thick darkness.

Jr listens to the SAS man talk then finally sets about getting to work. There was logic in what Robbinson was saying and so he carried out the commands. Somethings like the silencer, he had already though to take while other things like the camel back he had thought of but rejected at first. Finally, strapped out in his new uniform and gear (but still with his classic Black bandana) he was ready

Later.....

The boats had gone, The 6 man team was alone in the jungle  The team was searching the sourroundings for any noise that didnt sound natural. This was always the most dangerous part. The enemy could be waiting anywhere if they had scouts out here listening for the boats. For JR's own opioion he always hated this part, would the enemy attack? had they been spotted or where they clean?  He remembered the story of his fathers Recon team in Vietnam. RT Alabama, They had thought there insertion had gone clean as well.....history would prove otherwise. shaking his head of those kind of thoughts JR listened carefully and waited for Robbinson to give the hand signal to move out.....

OCC good job guys we have all we need :D.  But Nightalker if you don't mind i would rather not canteens as they slosh when they are dranken from.  This is why i would recommend soft shell canteens.  Also take 3 blue flare not 1 of 2 different types.  JoBob can you edit in taking 3 red flares and the 200 is a box of linked NATO 5.56 ball point machine gun ammo. Also burgers4me thanks for working with the teams last bit of missing asets. OCC

"Okay move out of the boat" Robinson says quietly looking at the soldiers all ready to go in the new uniforms not quite standard with all the personal items but thats fine at least we are not ragtaged and look similar and camouflaged. "get off the boat men lock and load weapons stay quite on the stalk into our objectives for now and keep safeties on." with those words of encouragement he pulls the cocking handle and flips the safety to on and signals the squad into single line formation, with he gentle flick of a wrist forward, slightly above his head.  "we are going to head slightly deeper into the over head cover of the jungle then radio in what our first cordiantes and objective is and stay switched on, repeat this quietly down the line"  Robbinson  says quietly to the soldier behind him.

[OOC] Sorry if i jumped the gun ranger_scout. I've read a ton of SOG, SEAL, and other SF types books but my favorite are the SEALS in Vietnam. The chance to have my character laying in the river waiting to see if all hell was gonna break loose was too good a chance not to pass up  ::) I'll try to see how it fits into your characters orders so maybe, you gave the orders, we got off the boats, we laid in the water waiting and then proceeded to move out?  Also for ease of RPing what order are we in?  I think Burgers (CQB gun), Me (short to mid range carbine) , Pod (with the squads HWs) , You as Team leader, then Okie, and Jobob covering the rear with their weapons which are longer ranged?  One last question, Which one of us is humping the radio on his back for our extraction or aircover?  Just some tatical military though and from what i remember about SEAL doctirine in 'Nam [/ooc]

OCC I said i was carrying a radio a small one but i still have one.  As much as lying in water sounds cool it is probably not good for the map GPS, radio electronics ect. no point in getting wet just yet I guess edit cause i am sure i am not the only one with gear that does not like getting wet. :P  Same goes with wet weapons lead to rusty weapons.  I like the post and the idea behind it but for the amount of stuff we are carrying this does not seem like a good plan. For order of march it will be like this unless singled other wise.  We will have fire team partners this will allow us to break into smaller groups to lay down fire flank assault ect.

So here it goes...

Alpha team (point on single file rest in order listed)
McGregor
Magnum

Bravo team
Robinson (me)
Junior

Charlie team
Okie
'Bait' Boden

This puts a carbine in the front to lay down fire and spot.  If amphetamine parrot happens the Machine gun is right up their to suppress and or lay down fire.  Then lead and a second carbine is in the middle we can do just about anything due to the nature of a carbine decent at long and good at short. this is why we are in middle fast reaction if the back is hit between the 4 of us we should be able to kill or pin until the machine gun is at the back.  Also allows the leader to order every one form where he is.  The back is our long range and our CQC specs.  If we need to breach or go urban Bait' Boden moves into the alpha with Junior and Magnum goes to C and then A and B can breach well C lays Overwatch until clear seeing as their weapons are not good in CQB. (i have tried with both SAW and M14 not very easy but doable).  This seems logical to me any advice or recommendations would be great as other may have a different idea.  This is what i am getting form my current military experiences. The Jungle is dark and silent as the team moves forward... As you slog through the muddy ground and push your way through the plants and other opstacles the fort comes into view. It is obvious that the towers have spotting lights, but they are not on. You can see several people pacing around different parts of the wall.(They are on top of the wall, not on the bottom). The area near the bottom of the fort has been cleared of vegation for about 10 yards. Suddenly the team hears voices just off to their left and the sound of metal clicking against metal...(The team can guess that the voices are only about 50 yards away, but the dense jungle is keeping the sound makers hidden.)

[OOC] Ok post edited. Also even though you are right about clearing rooms with my M21, Its not hard with my 1911 loaded with top quality hollow points ;) [/OOC]

As soon as they hit ground Okie starts gathering the local foliage and preparing his Ghillie suit, taking about 15 minutes overall. He follows the group in front of Bait, crouched slightly with an almost soundless step.

As soon as Okie hears the sound he slowly drops down to a complete crouch, his training and instincts telling him to hide. He listens carefully trying to make out as much as he can, such as position, and number of speakers.

JR follows Okies idea and crouches as well. Carfefully listening and scanning the sorrounding with his Hk-416 JR listens to the voices and remembers his father's story of RT Alabama's final moments. This wouldnt be their last moments, not this soon. In his own opioion JR hoped Robinson would have the team all go prone in a circle formation like a wheel with each member of the team being a spoke in the circle. It seemed logical in this instance where they were unsure of the enemys location.  Waiting on Robinsons orders JR contuines to scan the area......

Always jungles. Christ I would love some desert right now, just plain walking and no animals that can kill me...

Hearing the sound and seeing the entire team drop, Bait dropped into the cover next to Okie, sweeping the area  with his MP5K SD, silencer already and permanently attached. Crouched in the jungle, the two of them joined up near Robinson. Quietly scanning the jungle, he checked his kukri in the chest sheath and tapped Okie.

Robinson hears the enemies and flicks his hand above his head in a clenched fist then slowly with an open palm lowers it to the ground.  (Those who are not military halt get down slowly)  Once on the ground he puts his hand up again and puts his two fingers out in a v and does a twist motion.  (circle up boots link with the guy beside you).  When this manoeuvre is completed by the squad he pulls out his silencer and taps the guy to the right beside him and expects the rest to do the same.  (attach silencers)  He knows his team will not engaged unless told or are shot at so he lies their in wait with the rifle in the R position on the fire selector ready for semi automatic fire.

OCC I watched that weponsology show on seals once so I know the tactic about the circle thanks for the reminder it is a good one not used often for me though in reality.  Also great job on the rapid posts OP and to the squad great work on the quick response.  We wont proceed until all guns are accounted for and silenced.  Those who posted before me just edit in the circle and silencer bit. Jobob not sure why you don't want to use the rife but oh well maybe only the TMP is silenced?OCC

As he was finished he tapped the man to his right to tell him to attach silencers. <Alright my first mission as a Green Beraue....... cant screw this up i need to go home with a great first story> Magnum thought to himself.

(All the following happens while the team gets in a circle and puts on their silencers.)
The voices and noise gets closer. It sounds as if whoever is patrolling is being careless-almost complaining. Then whoever was facing towards the left (I don't know who was) see three figures about 30 yards away with their NVGs. At a glance you can see they are carrying some kind of assault rifles. They don't apear to have noticed you.

[OOC] I might as well be. Also assuming the rifles are Aks [/OOC]

"Three hostiles, aproximately thirty yards down range." Okie takes aim at the closest ones temple, easy shot to make if he needed to. Almost an insult to his skill to use his M21 at this range. [OOC] Don't guess what weapons they have  ;) because, not all three of them have AKs. [OOC]
Suddenly one of the men stops, looks right at the squad-then yawns and sits down and pulls out a flask from inside his ammo vest. He holds it up and the other men seem elated. They sit down near him and begin to pass the flask around. Two of the men have their backs to you and the third is facing you. You can't identify any of the gear of the one facing you, but the other two are sporting AKs that are slung on their backs in an easy to get to fashion.

Of all the blasted luck, they had to stop for a drink!

With three hostiles and only 1 facing them, it should be fine. If Okie could shoot the one facing us, the rest could spray the others down in a wave of silenced lead. Whispering the plan to Robinson, he shifted the sights of his MP5K SD to the man on the left, facing away. A grim grin spread onto his face.

My MP5 is the perfect weapon for this...

JR does as Robinson orders going prone and locking his legs. he attaches his silencer and then taps the man on his right to let them know to do the same and scans the sorrounding area. When Okie reports the 3 tangos, he uses his acog to get a range on them. From here it would be an easy shot for the Hk-416. Although that still left the possiblity of a scream or two from the dying men. His father had always taught him to rely on the knife instead. However, with the man facing them, that was out of the question. JR sighted the man on the right not looking at them and lined up his shot waiting......

"holy amphetamine parrot!" Robinson says at a low tone still keeping it fairly quite but, slightly above a whisper.  "Thats bloody gross there laddy.  How would you like it if some one put 2 extra bullets in your face after one clean one, won't make for a nice funeral. Lets show these chaps some respect next time cause I don't want to wind up like them lads if i die.  So lets keep it professional and save some ammo, cause a pulse check would work just as well."  Robinson says while clearing the last weapon looking at what it is?

After putting his opinion out on the extra circular  shooting he takes out his map and lays it down pointing out the towers, the objective and their location according to the GPS.  "This bunker has the enemy general in it and he is what we need to kill!  We need to sneak past or kill the guards in these towers and get into the bunker.  Also we need to get this done quick they will notice the lost sentries tomorrow morning and we don't want them to send more to come look for us." He says taking a pause to think. and let the information set into the others.

"Okay so here is the details.  We are all experienced in this stuff so lets get to work.  Charlie you are now magnum and Okie you will sit back and tell us what is going on by radio.  One of you two have one right?  if not some one else give them one and comm's are on silent radio piece only and receivers set to whisper.  Alpha bravo are gona team up and get some C4 on the towers legs to blow em when we escape.  After doing this placement and reccy on the camp we will retreat back to Charlie's position and decide the next move. Silencers stay on until enemies shoot then you can go loud."

"Right so get to it charlie find a hill where you can see into the camp with the crossbows thermals and okies NVG.  rest of us on me we are going to hit this tower first (points to north west one)  then peel back into the woods and stalk our way over to the next one.  Should be a nice walk in the park and an informative one so break." Robinson says then signals alpha and bravo to single line formation with the forward wrist movement.

Order of march
Mc Greggor
Robinson
Borden
Junior

Charlie is now on their own play as you want keep in radio contact with us and stay in overwatch/support (don't get caught  ;))

"Magnum you take charge of the radio, make sure its quiet." Okie starts to look for a tall tree that is tall enough to see over the walls, and provide recon and precision fire for the entrance team. He was planning on climing about ten feet higher then the top of the wall, the guards wouldnt look up that high. Straight ahead, and down at the ground yes, but not higher then themselves. it would also be high enough for him to be able to see clearly over the wall.

"O yeah take this", tossing them the small C4 charge from his bag. "If I may make a suggestion, place explosives and a small pile of there ammunition set to burn and explode on the opposite side of the base from our get away. The sounds of explosions and gunfire will draw their attention away from our real positions in case of an emergency."

"Time for some demo huh. Do we went destruction or explosion?"

Quickly checking his MP5K SD was loaded and ready, 'Bait' Borden slathered his kukri knife in dirt, so it would not shine if he had to draw it. Smearing all the exposed flesh and reflective objects he could afford to so as to reduce his visibility.

Grabbing some remote detonators, he prepared some C4 from his pack. Setting aside around three kilos, he made 1kg into three blocks for the tower support. He put his detcord in a easy to reach pouch. Might need some doors blown.

[OOC] The only hills are on the complete other side of the fort, and they wouldn't be much use anyway because of all the foilage. The best option would be to climb a tree. The fort's wall is about 20ft high. Not sure if their are jungle trees that high. But, if you made your way around to the north-east side of the Fort, you would be able to climb a tree their and see the walls.[OOC]

You notice that the men with AK-s were similarly uniformed, but the other man has no distinguishing marks on his uniform. Also, his weapon is a Type 81. Very similar to the AK, but they're some pretty obvious differences.

Scanning the trees and back postions, JR was one of the first to hear the voices coming from the treeline. The voices get quieter and quieter until you can't hear them anymore. You also notice bootprints near you-as if someone didn't care if they made a trail.

Okie and Magnum make it to the top of a tall tree and are able to see that each tower has one guard in it, and each section has 1 guard pacing it. Inside is a simple collection of tents and buildings. The people inside are lieserly walking around, playing cards, etc. No sign of any high ranking officers. Okie is also keeping an eye out for the motorpool, it might be worth rigging it to explode with the towers. The last thing they needed was to be chased by a technical while riding four wheelers. JR listens to charlies report then sets about listening as Broden starts preping the charges and Robinson orders the squad to get to the wall. This was gonna be the tricky part. Could the squad get there in time to cover the charges on the wall?  Could they get in fast, snatch the General , assassinte him and then get out?  JR grinned to himself, amphetamine parrot was about to hit the fan, but this time it would be them causing the hell. With that JR goes to assist Robinson in anyway he can and prepares himself for the task to come.

"Okay it's Go time" he whispers into the radio and to the squad with a slight emphasize on the GO.  "One at a time we move to the wall then post against it and wait.  When we all get their borden will give bravo 2 chargers we will go clock wise around the wall and then alpha counter clock wise.  Look for other targets for Demo and most importantly the Bozz man.  Stay quite don't get heard or caught.  Charlie be ready if amphetamine parrot hits the fan to lay down fire and get us out of their.   When we met at the other side of the wall charlie team wont be able to see us and we will come up with the plan for entry and other targets. "  Robbinson says into the radio while looking at his 2 teams faces.  With that he sends borden in first tapping him on the back to get to the wall when the one guard is not looking.

Alpha and Bravo successfully place their charges on all 4 towers and meet up below a section of wall close to charlie. Charlie didn't see anything of real importance happening... when just as Alpha and Bravo start talking-Several people come walking out of the central building. 4 look like heavily armed guards, one of the other two is wearing a suite and is talking the thired man who is in professional military dress. (I mean not in ACUs or any form of BDU, he is in a dress uniform.) Immediately all the people in the fortress snap to attention and the guards on the towers suddenly snap out of their dosing and begin to scan the jungle.

OKie immediately sighted in on the center of the mans dress uniform, and put his finger on the trigger ready to fire if the order was given. Then rethinking he shifted his sights upwards to the mans head, and began to try and identify the target. "Ready to blow the officer's brains out."

Seeing the possible target enter an open space Broden realised that this was the make or break time of the mission. Silently he wired all four detonators to one trigger. The small black box had a active switch on the bottom half and a det button covered by a safety cover on the top.

He gave the box Robinson.
"The bottom switch sets the C4 to active, then flip the cover up and hit the button for the very bright lights. The explosions will be big so try and make sure we are nowhere near the flying pieces of wood." wispered the Australian.

Moving two hand grenades and smoke grenades to his chest pouch, Broden readied up for a fight, SMP 5K ready.

Pushing the C4 back to Borden (giving you the honers) Robinson signals the men to ready up and to breach the gate.  because of charlies overwatch position he knows where the general will be and wants the squad to shoot him then run.  Borden you blow up c4 at the same time as this gate you are going to wire, then we all go in weapons loud" Robinson says.  "Charlie come in this is Bravo 1 we want you to take out the man in heavy amour our smaller calibers will have issues with him and Magnum silencer off and kill and get their heads down for the escape."  Robinson says over the comm's when unscrewing his silencer.  "take the general out and the body guard don't go to far in the gate get the shot confirm he is dead then will we peal back team by team alpha covering bravo bounding and vise versa!  got it?"  Waiting for nods for replies to signal got the plan and  are ready to go.

Broden made his way quickly over to the door. Nice and thick wood, with heavy hinges.

Could just blow it with C4, but that could hurt us. Better to make it into kindling...

Taking a small blob of C4 he rolled it between his hands until he had a meter long putty rope of C4, which he attached to the door diagonally by simply pressing it to the wood. He made another strip and made a large cross going frame to frame. Attaching a small blob of C4 with a wire detonator to the center of the cross, Broden grabbed his detcord.

No time for anything fancy. A door can't be a door when its splinters.

Two layers of PETN detcord went around the edge of the frame, to simply blast the door's hinges, locks and frame in general away. Tying a second wire detonator to the det cord, he attached the C4 and cord to a single trigger and gave around five meters of room.

Pulling over the rest of the squad, he laid out the detonation plan.
"We take place around 5m back. The explosion of the C4 will shatter the door and go forward and backwards because of the molding against the door. The detcord will take care of any lock or frame problems. The explosion will send the door flying as shards of wood, which will hopefully hit someone we don't like."
A grim smile played over his face.
"Single file behind me. First det is the door. As soon as it blows, all eyes will go to the door. Do not enter on breach. As soon as the door safely blows I will blow all the towers. We breach then and there during all the confusion from the tower det, and we bag the general.  I must stress, do nothing if nothing happens. If the door fails to blow, we blow nothing. It will blow, but until then we have the element of surprise. And explosion and surprise are my two favourite things."

Two detonating triggers in each hand, MP5 on the ground next to him, he checked his team was safe behind and prepared to breach.

"Standing by. Magnum can you hit one of them with that crossbow?" Okie shifts his sights to the Bodyguard closest to the general, and aims for his temple. As soon as he got the word he was going to spray this mans brains all over the general.

JR unscrews his silencer on the Hk-416 and follows Robinsons led, As bravo2 he knows where ever bossman goes that he will be right behind him and helping the team.  Carefully, he set about moving frag grenades over to his ammo pouches as well as clips and other useful bits that will come in handy to have at arms reach when the bullets start flying. carefully, he covered Broden as the aussie went about placing the charges and getting the light show ready. When Broden got back back, JR  had loaded his grenade launcher and was listening to Robinson talk to Charlie team. Finally when he looked around for the ready signal from the team, JR gave the sign that he was indeed ready. grinning to himself, JR thought hurry up bossman give us the signal. then grinning to himself  Well , waiting was always the hardest part of any operation.....

As Magnum aims at the prominently dressed figure, he realizes that it might be a decoy and takes a quick glance at his rank. He is immediately able to identify that the man is a Major-not a General. About this time everyones attention is on the two figures being escorted by the bodyguard, they appear to be heading to the mess hall looking building. Charlie can count about 40 men standing at attention on the Forts grounds, but there might be more in the tents and other facilities. The guards on the guard towers are scanning the outside of the Fort. The guards pacing the walls have all stopped and are in the towers as well.

There is a small moment of errie silence...

"Charlie this is Bravo 1we need a new way in where we cant be spotted and keep your eyes on what is going on an keep us posted.  Also thanks for the save their lad."  Robinson responds on the radio.

Broden swore quietly. Explosives were meant to be removed by explosion. He took out his kukri and cut the det cord away, removing the detonators carefully. Disarming the det cord and then the C4, he packed away all the wiring and detonators. Then he took even more C4 and blobbed it against the door, rolling it to pull the C4 together in one big bundle like Blu Tack. Whatever he could roll together he scraped away with his kukri.

Broden knew something has been peeled away, but he was trained to notice such things. He tried to hide it, but he just had to hope no one had a keen eye for detail combined with paranoia.

"Best job I could do, towers are still ready to blow but."

JR watched Broden work on the C4, the man was a pro at what he was doing, JR was glad he was on the team. Alot of can go wrong in combat, and no plan of battle ever survives contact with the enemy thought JR to himself as he crouched next to Robinson awaiting the teams next orders and scanning for any tangos that might have seen them.

Following Bossmans lead, JR follows him to the bottom of the tower and then starts to climb slowly. Minutes felt like hours as he waited for the alarm to ring or some other sound to creak that would give them away. Finally after 10 mintues, they were just below the platform that the guards were standing on.  This was it! JR held his k-bar going through the drill, Grab, pull , cover mouth, cut throat, hold a few seconds and then drop the body. Carefully waiting on Bossman, and awaiting the signal to strike, JR hoped he would be able to pull off this kill without a SNAFU.

Robinson Signals with 1 hand.  Pointing up to the level the enemy is on with his knife then bringing the knife out front (not on) his own thought he makes a slit motion. then noddes and goes up.  He get up and takes a quick look trying to only reveal half his head.  He leaps on the closest one if they are looking the other way, and slits his thought.  (# for that is 7).  If they are looking at the forward direction then he will signal down and wait and slowly move his head out of sight.

JR nodded at Robinsons signs and then prepared himself for the moments to come. Finally the moment comes and he picks out the second target that he will knife. Understanding that Bossman is gonna go for the closest, JR picks out his closest target and gets ready to strike ( X=4; sorry been doing math all day  ;D ) Also like Robinson,If they are looking at the forward direction then he will wait and slowly move his head out of sight.

Robinson in an almost liquid motion takes the tango down, easily slitting his throat. Junior grabs the others mouth and begins to slice when the guard's hand grabs his own just stopping the blade. (Make another number choice with your next action, only Junior can act now.)

JR in response falls back on his combat training and hand to hand skills, Hoping that Robinson will have noticed his SNAFU, JR punches the guy in the mouth with his free hand hoping to make the man recoil from the pain. Hoping that the man wont scream or yell for an alarm and then if successful slices the blade two times into the mans throat

Robinson lowers his now dead target to the ground carefully and looks up to see the struggle.  He quickly drops his knife onto the dead body to not make a sounds a pulls out his silenced browning 9mm.  At this rage he is going for the head for a quick death.  He will take the shot after the man recoils from the blow Junior put to the targets face.  Hoping his round can land the target in time to prevent a noise other than a muffled pffft.  (takes the shot 6)

Robinson give the man a "pound it" after he puts the body down not making a sound during the movement of respect or afterwords not a word was spoken as they are in the enemies base now.  He picks up his knife and wipes it on the dead targets pants, the sheaths it.  He holsters his pistol and then taps the speak button on the radio but does not speak just a pip to get Okies attention.  He makes an circle with his hand at the direction on the hill. He then leans over and makes 3 upwards movement of the hand telling the other 2 to come up.

(OOC: Wow, loose internet for a week and tower guards get killed.... :D)

Supressing a yawn, Broden fough to remain calm. He was still on the ground near the door, listening to the coms. With men in the tower and dead in the compound this could go pear shaped very quickly. He checked his MP5 and decided to remain on the door outside. They had two capable men inside already, and they would probably need some help with extraction.

And he still had two towers rigged with explosives if it got really antsy.

(OOC: Please tell me they climbed a tower without my C4 strapped to the supports, because as far as I understand, Okie and Magnum are having fun in the treeline sniping, and the Boss and Junior are in the tower, with me and McGregor still near the door. Am I right?)

Now turning his attention on Robinson he gave an "OK" signal with his hand. He quietely and carefully climbs down the tree and drops the last couple of feet. His job was to rally on the hill, he assumed to provide new intel.

Robertson taps the two men he is with in the tower on the shoulder and points to the man smoking.  He signals a eyes on around for other people incase they notice or are looking.  Robertson scans the ground level and hopes the other two start scanning the other guards activities in the tower or ramparts.  When they tap me back one on each of my shoulder (you choice which on you are you tell me if that side is clear)  Then I will take the shot or we hide.

Browen looked on as his team dropped the guards. Knowing his SMG was more effective at shorter ranges, he simply readied two 30 round magazines on his webbing and checked all 6 HE grenades and the 2 smoke. Realising that going loud was going to be very loud with the tower detonations, Browen prepared 2 large breaching charges to take out any walls that were being unhelpful.

Passing the tower detonator to Robinson, Browen readied himself for the firestorm.

[OOC]There are 3 Lightly Armored Vehicles each with a chaingun that is controlled from the inside and a 50cal that is controlled from the outside. They are not manned.[OOC]

The towers of the fortress explode in an extravagant display of fire and shrapnel. (Each of you pick a # to see if you get hit by the flying chunks of wood and other materials.) Immediately the squad sees 3 tangos approaching from the north and 3 more from the north east. The base is in an uproar and you can here yelling all over. Junior fires at the tangos from the north and one goes down. The others return fire, sending bullets flying around the squad. (Again, since you guys are all close to each other you each must pick a #.) [OOC]Junior can fire his M203 next turn, but not this one.[OOC]

The other enemies approaching from the northwest stop and attempt to seek cover while innaccurately firing at the squad as well.

Robinson attempts to duck (5) and not get hit by the blast.  Seeing the vehicles he tells magnum to get the explosive bolts out and shoot the guns off of the stationary vehicles.  Robinson puts down fire at the same enemies as junior does (7) trying to kill the advancing men with his M4 in semi auto.  he know the other two teams will fire at the other advancing enemies.

A piece of the Spotting light and some wooden shards land just in front of Robinson, but he isn't touched. He pops up out of his cover and is able to hit one of the enemy soldiers in the chest. The soldier is swept off his feet, but isn't dead.

JR heard the explosion and ducked quickly hoping not to get hit (7) then fired on his target knocking one down before the enemy noticed and started returning fire. (3 for cover save!)  Quickly taking cover next to Robinson, he hoped Okie and Magnum were still here as well as the aussie. Noticing that Robinson had fire on a target and wounded him, JR aims his sights on the group charging them and fires off the 203  hoping to  get at least 2 or 3 of the tangos  (   8   )

Okie let off 5 rounds at the Tangos, hoping to suppress them as he looked for cover to hide (9). After reaching cover he unscrewed his suppressor from his sidearm.

Junior fires his m203 at the (just assuming that you are firing at the tangos Robinson fired at) squad in the north. The HE round explodes sending the only standing enemy flying away missing several limbs. The target on the ground is killed as well.

Okie is able to reach some cover and is unscathed by the explosion. His suppressing shots keep the enemies from firing.

Title: Re: Special Operations Roleplay 6/6
Post by: POD DROPPA-Drop Pods are down but not out!! on July 5, 2011, 09:15:54 PM
Magnum immediately follows Okie to cover as the explosion takes place (4 to see if i get hit by debris). Once Okie supressed the enemy Magnum takes aim at the closest armoured vehicle and lets loose an explosive cross bow bolt (6 for the shot) at the vehicle with high hopes his explosive packed enough punch to disable it. After the shot is fired he ducks back under cover to reload.
Title: Re: Special Operations Roleplay 6/6
Post by: Gunner1116 on July 5, 2011, 09:56:58 PM
Magnum attempts to shoot the vehicle with his crossbow, he doesn't get a good shot of because the enemy soldiers fire and force him back into cover. The bolt hits the side of the LAV, but its blast wasn't strong enough to damage the vehicle.

Okie pulls a fragmentation grenade and lobs it over his cover at the first group of 3 or more he can get a glance it. After that he unloads quickly the last 10 rounds at any targets he can see that are firing at him. He hopes to lessen the suppressing fire he is recieving. "Guys, I don't like this! We dont stand much a chance fighting off a whole base of them. We need to change the situation! Anything to throw them off!"

Post by: Gunner1116 on July 5, 2011, 11:39:04 PM
Okies quick thinking works out well. His well placed grenade explodes sending two of the enemy flying in different directions. He then stands and empties 10 rounds into the last of the tangos.

Robinson sees 3 more tangos approaching from the North and Okie is able to see one man approaching from the northeast.

Robinson fire 10 shots at the 3 men and then pauses. To say "we are going to make our way to the bunker the target went in.  Cover each other.  We leave when we win this fire fight!"  Then fires more aimed shots into the men.

Okie hit the tango a bit high. His helmet was knocked off his head, but when you fired it didn't seem like it actually penetrated his skull. The soldier is lying facedown on the ground though.

Robinson takes one of the 3 tangos out before they start to fire.

Robinson continues to fire at the now 2 men and hopes his fire team partner will help.  Fishing mag 1 he reloads and continues to fire.

Having fired off the 203, JR switches back to his Hk-416 and fires off 5 shots at the group rushing towards him and Robinson. Hoping to get a few of them down before anyone gets injured.  Afterwords, he'll duck down and try for a reload on the 203 launcher.  During this time, he yells to Robinson, "We need to get moving, if we dont push were gonna run out of ammo Bossman, we need to get Magnum to set up his SAW somewhere to suppress them!"

Junior finished firing and listened to the silence, the enemy was only regrouping he told himself, not retreating  Then hearing Robinson tell the rest of the squad its orders, he reloaded his mag on the Hk-416 and 203 before following robinson and moving as close to cover as he could before moving out. Hearing his heart race after the fire fight, he made sure to check his remaining ammo and mags before saying a small prayer and following Bossman while scouting for enemys or other targets trying to flank them (9)

There is almost dead silence as the squad inches forward towards the central building. The dark is a thick veil, and as the squad makes it past the first small building Robinson can see some movement coming from the tents.

Then a hail of bullets rittles the small building behind them and battle cries are barily heard over the ringing of gunshots. The squad must find cover if they wish to survive the barrage.

"Quick get down!  find cover behind or in this building and return fire.   Get the machine gun up here as well we need to spew out death!"  robinson yells over the incoming wizz and crack of incoming fire.  He fires back at the direction of the tent with a double tap hoping to put the enemy down abit before he dashes into the non exposed part of the small building.  (2)
Title: Re: Special Operations Roleplay 6/6
Post by: The Nightwalker on August 4, 2011, 07:53:40 PM
Okie drops staight down and goes prone. The way he saw it there were three ways he could survive. Find cover, start laying precision fire into targets so they would have to find cover, or create a new situation. He declined the first for simplicity, and the latter was to extreme at the moment. So he started to scan for targets and muzzle flashes if he saw either or both he would immediately try to drop the hostile responsible and continue scanning.

Edit: Forgot to put in a number. So ill go with 1.

Title: Re: Special Operations Roleplay 6/6
Post by: Gunner1116 on August 7, 2011, 04:46:16 PM
There are several massive explosions as Browen and Junior launch explosives towards the tents. All but one of the tents is blown to pieces. Okie and the others who fired their weapons have no idea if they bullets hit their targets due to the sheer amount of noise and muzzle flashes.

No more fire is coming from the tents, but there is still heavy incoming fire. There are several tangos on the roof of the central building and a few have flanked you and are taking cover near the LAVs.

Magnum's Smoke grenade provides a small window in which the firing stops shortly. Now the squad must act.

Magnum pops smoke for the group as they begin to fire and advance. You guys can't see anything to your right now, and they can't see you either. The soldiers at the LAV's are able to put out a torrent of fire though and Magnum exposed himself a bit when he tossed the smoke. He is hit hard right under his right arm after he throws the grenade.

Magnum can tell it didn't penetrate his vest, but with the adrenaline pulsing through his veins he can't tell if any of his ribs were broken.

Jr rasies his rifle and instantly wacks one of the men at the LAV.

[Out of Character]: I just remembered that this was supposed to be a 6 man team! It seems we only have 4 players :(. Also, sorry for the slow update, this week was really busy and I was hoping Browen would post soon.  If the other two players who haven't been active are confused on what's happening or anthying just PM me and I will try to explain it a tad bit better. I am trying to keep it as realistic as possible, and you don't always know what is going on in a combat situation-actually I should say most of the time you don't know what is going on lol.

Continuing robinson moves up and takes shots at any men at the LAV's.  (3)   He is still moving up now with his fire team partner at a slow pace so he can still shoot acutely if needed.  Not focussing on the men behind him as he is caught in the fight he hopes they know what to do. He plans on getting up to the LAV's then posting a grenade under the tires into the enemies behind.

Browen hustles through the smoke behind his team. Seeing the smoke is fading, he drops another smoke grenade. With his MP5 ready to fire (2), Browen moves to the vehicles.

"Boss man, I think I will grab one of these babies. Seems like we could use some more of my distractions!"

Covering the entrances, Browen draws his kukri, and gun and blade ready approaches the LAVs, with his team close he jumps inside one ready to attack.

Okie suppressing fire was in vain for the enemies are still firing blindly through the smoke. The squad is still inching its way towards the LAVs. The squad manages to pick off two more of the tangos at the LAVs. You can't tell for sure, but it looks like two more are hiding behind them. Suddenly Robinson's helmet is ripped off his head as a bullet smashes right into the very top of it. Robinson is fine though, but now helmetless.

Several other limbs and what look to be ground up organs fly his way as he realizes that the enemy soldiers must have been charging them through the smoke. Okie knows that with as much blood and guts everywhere they must have been close.

The squad notices that the amount of enemy fire going on immiediately dies down and then Robinsons grenade goes off dealing with the last of the tangos at the LAVs.

Again, there is a break in the action and the squad quickly makes their way to the LAVs.

"Haha. Got em Boss!" Okie smiles to himself for his luck and walks to the LAVs. "Ok Magnum, let's take the roof while Robinson and the others take the LAV."

Jr follows the group and gets into one of the LAVs , Looking over the drivers seat he figures he could probably drive this due to his experience in IRaq driving dune buggys across the desert during desert storm. "Buckle up boys" he cheers with his southern draw, "just like mudding back home in dixie!"

Out of nowhere several bullets rip through Patrick. They go right through his vest sending him flying to the ground. Then bullets start ripping right through the armor of the LAV. Junior is the only one in the LAV. Robinson ducks behind the LAV and screams, "Itza fifti cal! Gotta be armor piercing! Anybody see it?"

Just then, Okie can see more enemy soldiers coming out of the central building and he can see a heavily armored man hefting a huge machine gun standing atop the building shooting at them.

Okie quickly pulls his rifle on the man on the roof. "What the hell?!" He starts to unload his 10 round magazine at him. Hoping the stopping power of a .308 round will do some damage. "Cover quick! Suppressing fire now! Also someone have that backup on standby!"

"amphetamine parrot!"

Browen looked around the LAV as heavy rounds tore through the armor. Seeing enemies surging towards them, he threw 2 grenades, one at their feet at one aiming into the building. He then spun around to the other side of the LAV from Okie and unleashed his entire MP5 magazine at the man on the roof.

If the idiot was going to stand in open, he could eat lead for all he cared.

(OOC: This guy is so dead. In a combat situtation, anyone standing on a roof, without any cover, ramboing with a machinegun would be dead almost instantly...)

OCC I am back Baby!   Also funny dealing with lavs as a Cyote (older amour fighting vehcile) hit my truck's mirror  and door off this exercise with it's turret...   :oOCC

Boy's I need the DMR to take out the fitty cal!  Borden keep up the fire and explosives I will fire at them as well one sec though.  Knocking on the back of the LAV he tells junior to get the gun up first yelling on the top of his lungs "get the gun up lad they are coming at us in large numbers fire it on my order only!  Robinson then goes prone and fires and the tangos in the open at a rapid rate of 3 shots per 10 seconds under the tires of the vehicle.  "get the machine gun up here again as well i need some covering fire so i can think!"  robinson yells over the gun fire. to Magnum.

The firefight is intensifying, Okie and Browen can't tell if they have hit the armored man or not, because he has dropped behind the low wall and out of sight.  A bullet skims Okie's side and one slams into his left shoulder. Robinson fires at the tangos from under the LAV and can tell he has hit at least one in the legs. As he turns to yell at Magnum, he sees him lying on the ground by his side with a dent in his helmet. He can't tell if he is dead or incapacitated.

Out of nowhere two of the heavily armored soldiers sprint out of the building.

From what the team can gather. There are 6 tangos and the two Armored men left outside.

Jr hearing bossmans orders gets onto the MG and starts firing it into the enemy hoping that it'll pin them (9) then once he sees okie get hit as well as magmum he yells over the fire fight hoping that one of them can hear " guys, we need to get moving, get into the LAV and we'll ride in style. we need to get to a new postion stat!", Hoping that at least one of them can get the team members into the LAV JR keeps up the fire at the charging enemys while keeping his eye out for the armored man with the MG.

Robinson crawls over to magnum and checks his vitals quick depending on how bad he is (dead or injured he takes the machine gun cocks it and fires at the enemies keeping his M4 close so he can start firing back at the bad guys if the belt runs short.  7  "Open the back hatch up Jr!  I will use this gun to pin em and buy us time"  Robinson yells in his loudest voice possible!  Every one else keep the fire on and when we get in the LAV bring Magnum in so we can see what to do with him if we can help him.

"Open the back hatch up Jr!  I will use this gun to pin em and buy us time"

assuming JRs previous actions do anything, he'll jump down from the gun and open the hatch to assist bossman in getting Magmum into the LAV.  then looking around, he'll fire at any targets that are presenting a threat to his squad (2)

Robinson sees that the bullet is embedded in Magnums helmet, the bullet did not penetrate it, he is unconscious but not dead. The vast amount of fire poured out from the team pins down the majority of the enemies creating a window in the firing allowing them to get Magnum into the LAV.

"Every one get in the vehicle Jr back on the Gun When I get in we roll out!"  Robinson yells out staying in prone firing Magums Saw. 5  "When I get in drive we will circle around the base and take these tango's out and get out of there fire." He yells as he pauses fire so they can hear him.

Okie climbs awkwardly into the LAV holding his shoulder with one hand and firing with the other. "Im hit. Got me in the shoulder. Now do me a favor and somebody run these bastards over, we have a general to kill."

Browen lays a final burst of covering fire for the team, and then shapes two large bundles of C4, with complete remote detonators. He chucks them into the other two LAV's. It will probably be noticable, but by the time they notice the explosives will be set off. Just to be sure, he rolled the detonators into the C4 to make it near impossible for an average scrub to disarm it.

Dragging Magnum into the LAV, he gives him rough medical treatment. Reloading he shouts, "Robinson lets roll!"

Robinson hearing the last words gets up firing the machine gun from the hip as he walks back into the LAV.  He throws it down as the belt is pretty much out.  He mounts up and gets the guys to put the ramp up and stumbles over to the crew commander spot not being used to such tight spaces.  "Jr you drive this beast borden get on the machine gun and blow up the other LAV's when we are clear."  Robinson says.  "Spin us in a circle around camp and get us closer to where the general was supposed to be."

"Yah hoo! Just like mudding back home in dixie" crys JR as he stomps on the gas driving the LAV around the base, keeping the LAV moving so that any RPGs the enemy may have will have a harder time of hitting them,  "bossman, ive been thinking, that bunker they were crowded around, could the general be hiding in there?" asked JR as he kept his eyes out for any troopers with RPGs (3) while driving around...

The firing thickens visciously as Robinson stops firing his SAW. There is a steady thud gunshots going off. After getting into the LAV, Junior begins to drive around the base and the team wrecks havok on it with the maching gun mounted on the LAV. After about the 3rd lap around, it appears as if all of the ememies have either been killed or retreated into the buildings. The gunner knows he killed both of the heavily armored figures he saw as well as some of the other enemy soldiers.

[OOC] Magnum slowly regains his consciousness and can do stuff again. And Okie, your vest took the brunt of the bullets that hit you, you are still fully functional. Magnum is as well.[OOC]

"Alright lads back this thing up door of the LAV against the door of the bunker.  Give us room for the door to drop and ready up for assault into the building. borden breaching charges and point, then me and jr.  Magnum you are the drvier and okie get on the gun you two are shaken up and wounded so we will breach and you cover are arses.  Okay team kill every one in this building and find the general kill him or not I want him in this LAV ASAP!  when we get back we peel out to the LZ in the LAV."  Robinson says for the first time at a normal tone level.  Robinson gets ready to get out the back of the lav and checks his M4 that it is still ready to go, then checks his pistol.

Broden reloads his MP5, checks his pistol and kukri blade are in their sheaths. Rolling two charges, he has his comrades stack up in the LAV. Dropping a smoke grenade for extra cover, he sets the two charges so the door to blow inwards.

"Boys, bang on three, smoke will get sucked in by the blast, so keep low and we will slaughter them in the confusion. Stack up!"

Ready to put 9 bullets into any foe, he gripped the detonator.

"One. Two. THREE!"
